The delivery lads arrived a few minutes early (not a problem) following a phone call to confirm at 10 mins notice. They worked away diligently removing the old oven and hob and installed the replacements within an hour. Their witty banter was superb! I received a full explanation of the hob and oven controls, essential cleaning before use and registration of the warranty. I'm a happy customer

My third year with Octopus Energy commences April 2021. No problems experienced whatsoever. The fixed rate unit prices and standing charges are attractive. I like being able to adjust the monthly direct debit that allows a sensible credit balance to be maintained and lets me control my costs. My bills are manageable as a result.

Yet another elderly person (>70) who responded in error to the renew licence via Google website. Noticed nearly immediately and cancel message sent via their website. No acknowlegment received yet. Over 70s do not pay for a driving licence but my account has been debited. Let's see if they honour their Terms & Service.
