The delivery lads arrived a few minutes early (not a problem) following a phone call to confirm at 10 mins notice. They worked away diligently removing the old oven and hob and installed the replacements within an hour. Their witty banter was superb! I received a full explanation of the hob and oven controls, essential cleaning before use and registration of the warranty. I'm a happy customer
