I have followed procedure and cancelled immediately on website AVOID these unscrupulous online businesses they should be held to account and jailed especially for conning elderly people and the DVLA need to sue them for using there logos etc and shut this scam down of our most elderly vulnerable people who are having their pensions swiped it is unbelievable!!!!

These are just 4 of the email/domains they use. They are all setup to mislead you into purchasing your driving licence with hidden costs. They took £94 from my bank, and I didnt even receive my driving licence!! I did write a more detailed review, but for some reason it was deleted. I have put in a dispute with my bank to investigate my case further to try and get my money back. I have also reported to action fraud, the police and trading standards. No stars given.

This is one of the worst ways of cheating people out of there hard earned cash, I went on line to renew my driving license DVLA .gov.uk Coast of £14 if I do it on line, so next thing I know iv been charged £94 for that same license what the hell I was straight on to my bank just to be told nothing they can do. So who in there right mind would pay £94 instead of £14 by choice. Exactly know one. Stop these people doing this. Please.

I posted an earlier review. Don't know where it went. These people took £100 for a £20 replacement licence. It appears you can't see the website on a PC only mobiles and small devices. Presumably so you can't get a good look at their extortionate charges. I received an email after I asked for a refund setting out their supposed benefits. I am surprised we did get the licence but only because we supplied all the information. I will be sending another email to them, doubt it will make a difference. I have emailed BBC Watchdog, but I bet I will be one of hundreds to do the same. These people are scum!

Refund Issued
I must admit, I thought this was the DVLA webiste and applied and paid for a licence. However, upon realising I e-mailed and asked for a refund which was offered. I am waiting for the refund, they said it will be transferred in next few days.

Scam!!!! Whatever you do don’t touch this company with a barge pole!!! Luckily my bank asked me to verify the payment before they took my money but I’m now worried they have absolutely ALL of my personal information.

SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS. !!!! That’s all I can say.
My payment had gone through before I realised what I had done and got in touch with my bank and they said payment had been taken. I immediately got in touch with the company and they offered me a £20.00 refund which I haven’t accepted.
Don’t touch them with a barge pole.
I have also complained to the DVLA about this site so hopefully they can do something.
Absolutely disgraceful.
I was scammed by this company months…
I was scammed by this company months ago. I contacted citizens advice to be told to report it to action fraud. I did this, action fraud responded saying they couldn’t do anything. Not really sure why. Really frustrating to see that google have done nothing to stop them coming up number 1 when you search driving licence renewal. That the DVLA have done nothing to warn people, that citizens advice pass the buck, that action fraud aren’t bothered and that trust pilot still post reviews which are clearly fake and which I flag as being fake, Peter Johnson from the US thinks it’s great there is a refund option!?!? Absolute rubbish. It saddens me that people to this day are continued to be conned despite how many people have raised this company as crooks.

Somehow they are always at the top 10 or so of the list on Google.
The site we were directed to via a GOV.UK official looking link for over 70 renewal, the website was very convincing with GOV.UK all over it.
Charged £80.00 for the privilege, tried to stop it from our bank, but it was too late, there was NO MENTION of price at the end, we thought being GOV.UK it would be a nominal fee, which we expected.
Arrogant, RUDE, aggressive in their manner.
ALL A BIG CON.
Please - for your sanity - do NOT go anywhere near them
We found out later there would be no charge for renewing on the REAL Gov.UK site.
Read any link throughly, before proceeding and if it asks for payment at the end - DON'T - it will be a scam
This is a SCAM
This is a SCAM . DO NOT use them.
Luckily my husbands bank stopped the payment going through but this company are not a legitimate company and will take your money 💰.

AVOID.. Scammers!!!
AVOID AVOID AVOID,... didnt realise it was a third party website... Cancelled within 20 minutes of transaction, but got an email the next day to say it had already been processed and it was tok late to cancel.. After numerous emails, they offered me £30, but i am not accepting that.
They stated that i accepted the T&C so am not entitled to refund.
Sadly
Sadly, Action fraud cannot do anything about this. I emailed the CEO at action fraud and had a response to call them. I did, I was told that, they are aware of this website but, cannot do anything about it right now. I was advised to contact the NIS help as they not only have my passport number, photo and national insurance number. You need to contact all to say that you may be at risk of identity fraud. Do it and fast but as they have nastily formed a company, you are out of money for now. All is not lost though as the fraud squad now have enough information to investigate. Just keep emailing for your money back and keep posting. The positive reviews are fake and, there are enough angry people on here now to get a result. I hope the person behind this scam. dies a lonely painful death with all of our money.
