My third year with Octopus Energy commences April 2021. No problems experienced whatsoever. The fixed rate unit prices and standing charges are attractive. I like being able to adjust the monthly direct debit that allows a sensible credit balance to be maintained and lets me control my costs. My bills are manageable as a result.
