Had a few problems printing out the label and your chat line was very unhelpful but have to say that my parcel was sent by me on one day and arrived the following morning. Great service

I joined the FREE postcode lottery over a year ago and won within the first 6 months. No luck since then but I try to do it every day and think it is a great service. What part of F R E E do those others not understand?

Was contacted by Dean after my initial e mail enquiry and couldn't fault him. Any queries I had were dealt with efficiently and considerately.

Been a member for some time and was delighted to win £10 plus bonus. I was paid straight into my paypal account and has come in very handy. Have recommended it to several of my friends.

Takes about 4 minutes every day and some of the prize money is HUGE

I have just signed up to talktalk after a years absence and despite giving my new e mail address on the sign up form it will not let me log in with it. It seems that my old obsolete e mail address is the one it holds and after a 35 minute telephone call I am no nearer a solution. Most of the service team were foreign and did NOT understand my problem. I thought I was getting a good deal but now am not so sure. Not much point in getting broadband etc at a cheap rate if I cannot access my emails!!!!
Talk Talk PLEASE stop using foreign call centres. That is why I left and went with plusnet as they are totally UK based. Please don't make me regret changing back.
