They looked promising when they arrived…

They looked promising when they arrived and the son was excited to use them. Used once and the feedback was they were comfortable. Unfortunately, they were put in the washing machine, only at 30 which is the recommended cycle, the foam moved out of place and you are left with a foam mess, bunched up and distorted and unusable. Absolute con, for the price stay clear.

Honestly the best customer service

Honestly the best customer service I have come across for any service. I had a leaking oil tank and was informed by a genuinely concerned member of staff. I was refunded my money and then received a follow up call to see if all was okay. Once I had the tank repaired I made a new order which was then followed by another phone call to ensure all was well to deliver and was okay before they released. They had obviously taken note for the 3 months between the orders.

Account not updated missing items

I placed an order and all seemed good, when the confirmation email came through it was being sent to my old address??! I checked my account and the address on there was correct, I tried their online help to correct the old address, but they couldn't help, I phoned their customer service who didn't help. After being on the phone for an hour and speaking with 3 different people I was told to phone back 48 hours before delivery?! I phoned back the next day and they said they couldn't help and the goods had been delivered. So no goods and nobody willing to help I can see this taking a long time to resolve. Steer clear at all costs.

Wilton Dining Chairs, Teira Blue

Customer service excellent on organising return of faulty items- but unfortunately took over three months to actually follow through and get replacement.
Found out that the reason for return was in the end due to low quality product. Legs on chairs were always loose and after having for a couple of months now very uncomfortable. No padding at the front of the chair so wood cross member always sticking into underside of your legs. Thought I was picking a quality item but wished I'd paid a bit more and gone elsewhere. They do look good though.

Unhelpful Customer Service

My first order, a bike for my sons 4th birthday, I build and on completion the last piece a 'BEN 10' sleeve is missing. I phone up and ask for them to send out the missing piece. Which they say they will. I wait one week and phone for update, they no longer sell the bike. I check website, bike still selling. I phone and ask for missing piece again. They say they will apply for and send out. One week later I receive a letter asking me to send back the bike my son has been riding around on for three weeks because they cannot send! I ask, they cannot reach into a box and pull out the missing item and stick in the post. No its easier for me send back a bike fully built and them to send a whole new bike. First order, last order. Not sensible
