Unhelpful Customer Service
My first order, a bike for my sons 4th birthday, I build and on completion the last piece a 'BEN 10' sleeve is missing. I phone up and ask for them to send out the missing piece. Which they say they will. I wait one week and phone for update, they no longer sell the bike. I check website, bike still selling. I phone and ask for missing piece again. They say they will apply for and send out. One week later I receive a letter asking me to send back the bike my son has been riding around on for three weeks because they cannot send! I ask, they cannot reach into a box and pull out the missing item and stick in the post. No its easier for me send back a bike fully built and them to send a whole new bike. First order, last order. Not sensible
