Account not updated missing items
I placed an order and all seemed good, when the confirmation email came through it was being sent to my old address??! I checked my account and the address on there was correct, I tried their online help to correct the old address, but they couldn't help, I phoned their customer service who didn't help. After being on the phone for an hour and speaking with 3 different people I was told to phone back 48 hours before delivery?! I phoned back the next day and they said they couldn't help and the goods had been delivered. So no goods and nobody willing to help I can see this taking a long time to resolve. Steer clear at all costs.
