Irresponsible stocking of krill products
I am shocked to see Woolworth stocking krill products contributing to the destruction of the Antarctic ecosystem. How irresponsible.

From the unboxing experience to everyday use, I’ve been impressed every step of the way. The designs are simply stunning—modern yet timeless, adding a touch of elegance to my dining table.
I’ve used them for casual family dinners and more formal gatherings, and they never fail to impress my guests. They are also incredibly durable, which is a major plus for me. I have two small children, and I was worried about breakage, but these dishes are surprisingly resilient!
The fact that they are dishwasher and microwave safe is a game-changer. Cleanup is a breeze, allowing me to enjoy more time with my family rather than stressing over dirty dishes.
£600 mattress that isn’t worth a penny
A mattress that won’t last longer than 6 months ( do not buy it)
Wow and indeed wow Purchased this mattress that wasn’t the most expensive But at £600 wasn’t cheap either All was well briefly Then 5 months in I started to feel my sleep getting worse and worse To the point 6 months in It’s an item of pure torture I clamber out in the morning as if I’m in my 90s I’m in my 50s by the way and have never suffered with backache so much since this mattress of the devil decided To punish me every single time I cheekily thought about have a nights sleep on it Do not buy this mattress I beg u It will harm you in ways that are illegal in most countries This thing is a Guantanamo bay special It is not made for a human being to be able to sleep upon And insult to injury It has to be inspected by an engineer🤣 So I’m obviously going to have an engineer spend the night To see how unfathomably painful a pice of bedroom equipment it really is Again DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE you will thank me Trust me Karl From Doncaster Yes the one with the now crooked back and moody expression
I bought a Dyson hairdryer from them
I bought a Dyson hairdryer from them. Item arrived dirty and used
Good hairdryer, but I did not get sent a new product, sent images to Dyson who confirmed the item I had been sent was not a new product. Very are ridiculously difficult to deal with, refused to give me product history (I.e. admit that they had sent me a returned and used product and not checked quality and state before forwarding to new customer) and refused to refund and replace, stating that an investigation into whether it had been used or not would take place which would take 28 days and I could then be charged for the costs of this. It HAD been used which was my point.
Very very difficult to get into contact with anyone at all, this is by design so they can get away with ripping people off. Do not use this company! Seriously, AVOID. Also my new customer discount was not applied to my purchase.
Had a fridge freezer delivered just a…
Had a fridge freezer delivered just a few moments ago and my old one is still here . My new one is now a fire hazard stuck by my front door because Very has no option to take away my old one ! Whenever I've bought a fridge or fridge freezer the old one is always taken away .how do I get rid of the old one now !! I have no way of getting rid of it in the next few minutes so I can put my new one in place. The new one is now stuck in the the way of my front door ! Nice ! Thanks " Very " for not having anyway way of removing my old one !.
Anyone with any common sense would know generally that when u have one delivered the chances are one needs to be taken away .now I have to find a way of getting rid of it before I can get access to my front door again . I would normally give very 5 stars but not today ,!

Good Day woollworths clothing
Good Day woollworths clothing.
I was gifted two pairs of shorts which have proved to be the most unpractical pair that I have ever had in my eighty years living in the Tropics and spent the majority waring shorts they are made in Bangladesh, I guess to your design, I am MALE normal ! And I drink BEER 🍺 WHICH REQUIRES regular service trips where I have to undess to access certain parts of my body BECAUSE the ZIP IS STUPIDLY SHORT the leg is too narrow and the waist band too low which allows them to keep sliding Down, VERY EMBARRASSING. I look forward to your Reply Peter Lockhart-Mure Kilifi Kenya
Very Complaints email address
Wow, Very have so many accounts here... looks like they just add another when the revues get too low, which is really quickly!!
Further to my previous saga trying to resolve my complaint with Very, which has been ongoing for months now, I just finally got a response via a complaint logged with Resolver on 22nd April after failing to get anywhere with Very directly and although they claimed to know nothing about my complaints (via the account, in writing and via Resolver) they gave me an email address to reply to. So I did and as yet no answer but I think for the common good EVERYONE should have this address without the performance I had getting it. Their email address for complaints is
Triage1 'at' theverygroup.com which took me 10 weeks to obtain so feel free to use it liberally!
Woolworths
I find shopping quite enjoyable at Woolworths but must say I do find the prices a little high. I'm not sure if its all because of the drought but if it is I will just have to suck it up.
Terrible website.
RIP Woolworths or the day the pick 'n' mix died !
Eulogy for Woolworths
RIP Woolworths 06/11/1909 - 06/01/2009 you are sadly missed by millions.
Happy fond memories of your stores, part of mine and many people's childhoods, I got lost in one of your store when I was about 6 but you will be pleased to know I was found again. Hey I brought my first ever Record from your bargain bucket bin! Beautiful south "Had A Little Time"...... oh the irony as little did we know that you also only had a little time......
you sold everything and I mean everything, you could quite literally do your whole Christmas shopping in store! You even sold stuff people didn't want! But you made it all look so good like a fancy pound shop but way better and much more classier! You even used to sell amstrad 464 games! I think people forget that from the 50's you were the UK's Number 1 music retailer this went on well into the 90s! You even had your own record label Embassy Records. At your peak you had 1141 stores (quite annoying for someone like me with OCD) A visit to you was often a children's treat for good behaviour. Sadly over the years people forgot about you more and more and before we knew it you were down to just 819 stores (again with the annoyance for fellow OCD sufferers) Iceland (the store not the Country) tried to buy you, but you stood strong in the face of adversity, you'd already lived through the War so had seen bad times.... alas things when from bad to worse as you lost more and more money yet did people care? Oh no they still kept stealing the pick 'n' mix! Who knows this might of added to your downfall and the 99.7millions loss (pre-tax). You tried to fight back and made new fancy adverts staring the likes of such random celebrities as Rolf Harris (good choice at the time, but in hindsight not for a shop with many a child visitor), Jackie Chan (did he even know what this store was or was he just in it for the money!) and Kelly Osbourne (The lesser kown Osborne, at least you could understand what she was saying). You even gave us the likes of Wooly the sheep and Worth the sheepdog! And then one cold September day in 2008 the recession hit and it hit hard like the kids boxing gloves and punchbag set you once used to sell. Even Camelot group did a runner from you and took all their lottery tickets with them! You got old and you got weak, you got into debt and over the bleak winter of 2008 you slowly closed all but a few stores and then on January the 6th 2009 you died...... such a sad day and just like when JFK was killed we will all remember where we were that sad day...... to be honest I can't remember. We tried to fill the void by going to WHSmits more but it just wasn't the same, it felt like we were cheating on you. Yes you opened an online store but that will never fill the high Street shaped retail hole you left behind. Shopping on your online store didnt have the same sights, smells, sounds and fond memories of our childhood visits and you can't nick pick 'n' mix online. Your online success was short lived and by June 2015 this too was gone, maybe you can blame EBay, Amazon and the likes for this or maybe it was the lack of Pick 'n' Mix, but ultimately it was just not the same shopping experience as your wonderful stores. Some say you lived a good long life but at the ripe old age off 100 I still think you were taken too soon. During that depression we lost many well known stores but none like you...... RIP WOOLWORTHS GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN long may your gift vouchers be valid and maybe one day you will come back to our high streets, I don't mean come back from the dead like some sort of Zombie store that starts biting at others stores and goes on a high street blood thirsty rampage (note to self, idea for a new low budget Zombie movie)
I close this message with a quote from the founder, it's something he said when he first came over to the UK (Liverpool to be precise)
"I believe that a good penny and sixpence store, run by a live Yankee, would be a sensation here”
- Frank Woolworth -
And Frank you were right your stores were just that a sensation. xxx
Unhappy coustomer Woolworths Australia
Has anyone else noticed when you shop online and have items missing or not fresh when you get your money rebated you NEVER get back the full amount you paid !! I tried asking them why this was happening and it was like talking to a monkey !!!!!!! I just hung up in disgust
Also they advertise items online as being in stock but they aren't !! This week (I know it was Xmas) but what was on offer online was VERY POOR !!!
I then tried ordering fruit and it dearer at the checkout than what was advertised !!!!!!
I'm disabled and I need to shop online !! Do I need to go elsewhere now ?
GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER WOOLIES
Poorly stocked
Went to deception bay woolies 8.30 this morning to get bread from bakery only to find there was none available.Surely couldn't have run out in half hour.Could it be they just didn't have it ready in time because of poor time management???
rude staff, unprofessional
i bought 6 cans of formula milk for my baby and paid it, but self checkin staff asking in a unpolite manner "what iam going to do with the milk" and i said for my baby and she told me only 4are allowed so i said ok i will return the 2 cans then and she told me i should know the rule. how do i know there was no sign in the shelf and the machine accepted my card and debited the amount. and she talked to another costumer like i am suspected for anything. i feel embarassed and i returned the 6 cans. upon arriving home we checked our account online and we found out instead of getting the money back they charge us in double. and i sorted out in that day. never again goin that mandurah forum woolworths and i dont want to recommend it to my friends, family, community and to anyone.
Very convenient service
Very good way of having a parcel delivered to an easily accessible store. Good product, good price
AMAZING QUALITY AND VERY FAST DELIVERY
AMAZING QUALITY AND VERY FAST DELIVERY, DRESS WAS PACKED AT BIG BOX SO WASN'T CRESASE AT ALL. VERRY HAPPY :-)
Poor services from all angles!
Ordered a fridge freezer on 14th May to be delivered on the 26th May. Everything seemed fine and received automated emails updating me with the status of my order. On the 26th, I received my text from the delivery company with my 4 hr delivery slot. I had defrosted my own fridge freezer, as they were collecting my old as they delivered the new. All my food was in a cool box awaiting the new fridge/freezer. The problem was the Fridge never turned up! Woolworths were unbelievably unhelpful telling me "We cannot deal with this until we find out what happened to your delivery. This will take at least 3 working day." 3 working days???? I have food to feed my family, including a small child in a cool box! This is totally unacceptable! I rang the delivery company directly and they had no idea where my product was or what had happened! The next day I could see that the status of my delivery had been changed to 'delivered'. This is now preventing me from actually cancelling my order and receiving a refund because as far as woolworths are concerned the item has been delivered! So Now I just have to wait! Its already been the 3 days that they originally said and still I have heard nothing from the delivery company or woolworths. When I call I just get told to be patient and they will be in contact soon! Its a shame that this well known company are using such a diabolical delivery company. I shall not order form Woolworths again!
