Don't bother

Lose your parcel and when you try to contact them for compensation you never hear from them again! Use them at your own risk!

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

I have taken a look into this and can see that we have contacted the seller regarding this claim. As the seller has purchased the service through us, it has been booked under their account details, therefore we would need to issue a refund to the seller. As this is under their account, I am unable to discuss any details of this, however If you contact the seller directly as you are their customer, they should be able to provide more of an update as to what is happening.
