Next day delivery to store did not happen, went to store a week later and told to contact customer service and ask them to resend, why can't the store do that, wasted my time and petrol, then came home and phoned customer service luckily I had a pleasant young man who apologised and agreed with me when I said they can deliver to me at home as I was not prepared to travel again, and he said I would receive it tomorrow, of course that didn't happen because they use the post office which are renowned for saying they have not received parcel yet from supplier because they haven't the staff to deliver on time.
Basically bad service from hobbycraft except for there customer service who tried his best.

Have purchased several items from gtech excellent delivery a slight problem over a year later with 1 item and a replacement was sent 2 days later.
Very highly recommend to anyone buying there products.

After sending emails, I was answered promptly and on phoning before and after purchase everyone was so pleasant and helpfull, great team work and wouldn't hesitate to use again and highly recommend them .

Overall good, unfortunately it seems with all these companies that you will get far less than what actually you received.
I thought that it would be taken to the end for the justification of the loss and inconvenience we suffered because and satisfaction that they would loose and be shamed, the money was secondary to getting justice.
Probably wouldn't ever have gone with it for the pittance received and getting no justice.

Good to see all the work going on to improve things for the community and cant wait to come back down next year for a visit.

Delivery was late, not Dysons fault but delivery driver said no one was in,on checking cameras no one called that day, Dyson did start guarantee on delivery day which was a cheek, were Dyson went wrong is sending the parcel at this time of year with a Dyson label on it, luckily I took it in and not my Wife who it was for, I think Dyson need to think about that one in future.

Have three cats and very house-proud, have used various cleaners before but saw this in action on friends carpet so had to have one, it arrived the next day and when used on our new carpet we couldn't believe how much was picked up and also the difference in pile height and comfort using the gtech ,my Son tried it and ordered one for himself he has one cat but again he could not believe how much better it was, have seen which report proclaiming Dyson is better and have to disagree as we know two people that have used Dyson and have now got a vetch.

Found it easy to use, dealers responded very quickly with quotes would highly recommend.

Once ordered confirmation sent straight away, regular order updates spot on company
