Driver should give gone to specsavers
Been told it was delivered to me personally, picture was not our house, showed another location, rang and complained. I was told depot would ring on 1 hour no one did, I then went on chat which is do slow and asked for call back and got told they couldn't, then got told depot rang several times and couldn't get through , checked phone no missed calls, complete lie by depot, terrible service, have just had neighbour drop parcels in saying they had been left in his open doorway while he was working in his house, absolutely incompetence by driver, gets wrong house says he's delivered to me personally when he got wrong house and just dumped them in doorway of a neighbours house, suggest driver gets eyesight test and some rr training.

Whole process from contact to measure up and ordering was very professional, Yan came to fit them today, a most pleasant young man who is a professional Carpenter and made a fantastic job on fitting the shutters, respectful of property leaving the rooms clean and tidy and taking all the rubbish with him, very very pleased with Yan and would recommend The Home Shutter Company to anyone wanting a top quality product.

Great utility company to deal with
Had gas and electric smart meters fitted on the basis they would be in dumb mode as I always for 40 years have sent in monthly readings for accurate bills, unfortunately there was a mix up on the fitting of the electric meter and another had to be fitted. I dealt with one person by EDF via email, Nadine has dealt with the whole process and has been absolutely brilliant throughout the process, with exceptional help and advice and diligence with regular updates, highly rate EDF and would recommend them to anyone in the future.
