Awful post sale customer service…

We and our families have spent thousands in this store. However they sold us a really expensive couch that was defective (frame broke while still under warranty). Despite numerous emails and pictures of the couch, they have failed to take or acknowledge any responsibility. This is really terrible customer service, especially as we have been so loyal to them over the years.

A top-class small Irish business

A top-class Irish business—extremely responsive to emails and always accommodating.
If a wrong part is ordered or delivered, they handle it without any hassle and go above and beyond to send out a replacement as quickly as possible, which I really appreciate.
I've even had parts delivered the very next day after ordering, which is fantastic.

Poor

They seem to have a monopoly on global business travel so I guess they don't really care. I find their customer service beyond appalling , their pricing high and their options limited. Why corporations are using them is beyond me.

Avoid if you can.

Really difficult to use, especially the login issues. Also, old card remain forever in the app as they cannot be deleted, so continuously defaults to the old cards.
The account and app don't seem to be linked and we always have issues trying to use the cards.
In fairness, customer services respond quickly, but very limited in what they can do. Just seems to be a very outdated system.

Poor website and customer support

Their site and customer service is appalling. Spent over an hour trying to submit an order for a new part. Uploaded pictures and all details and still it wouldn’t accept the submission. Sorry I bought this product as clearly they don’t do spare parts.

Be very careful with these guys

Be very careful with these guys. The double charged me despite already paying at the hotel. I had removed my tag but they still overcharged me 88€ as they read my plate, and wouldn’t even acknowledge my customer complaint.

Poor customer service

Probably one of the worst customer services I have experienced consistently. The prices are high for very ordinary cars. Despite having a large corporate account and automatic access to their preferred tier, it doesn't seem to offer any real benefits. There are long queues, often marked cars, and it's difficult to receive invoices. They rarely credit your rentals to your preferred account, which is incredibly frustrating. It is impossible to get through on the phone lines. We desperately need to return to Hertz Gold.

Customer service beyond useless

As a former gold EC member of BA, I've finally had enough. Over an hour trying to change and pay for a flight, kept been asked to hold for a couple of minutes, agent continuously misunderstood my requests, attempted to overcharge me twice, and seemed to try and keep me on the phoneline as long as possible. The issue arose when the BA site would not accept my corporate card payment for a booking change as it is a corporate card! and we spend millions with BA annually.
The last number of flights I’ve had were severely delayed, and I never bother to complain as it doesn’t bother me so much when I can work away in the lounges, but this is beyond pathetic, over oner hour trying to change and pay for a flight!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! biggest waste of time ever, continuously declined by retailers. Cannot use if the quantity on the card is less than the value of the purchase. i.e. cannot supplement payment. Can only use to 50€ limit online. I was really annoyed at Supervalu earlier when the card was declined twice with no reason. The card value also devalues over time if not used. However, it is very difficult to use and seems to be setup so that it's impossible to use what is left on the card. We stopped purchasing these cards for family members due to the above issues, and I really hope our company shortly follows suit.
On a positive, they have a very good customer service department, and will do their best to help.

Systems don’t support IPads or IPhones

Hi,
I spent over an hour this evening trying to purchase a number of family tickets for the Munster v Dragons rugby game. Firstly on the Ipad without success and then on the IPhone. Each time I got as far as payment amd that was it…..just wouldn’t process. This is appalling from TM and completely unacceptable. Munster rugby are losing revenue because of their completely outdated systems. In the end I just gave up :-(
Thats a loss of 9 seats in the West stand because their systems wouldn’t allow payment, maddness.

Poor quality

Beautiful designs but extremely poor quality. Shoulder Stitching has gone in 3 of my 4 jumpers within a year. Returned the first as it went after the first wash. Such a shame as the jumpers look great, but at 100€ plus, the quality neede to be good.
