Poor customer service

Probably one of the worst customer services I have experienced consistently. The prices are high for very ordinary cars. Despite having a large corporate account and automatic access to their preferred tier, it doesn't seem to offer any real benefits. There are long queues, often marked cars, and it's difficult to receive invoices. They rarely credit your rentals to your preferred account, which is incredibly frustrating. It is impossible to get through on the phone lines. We desperately need to return to Hertz Gold.
