Customer service beyond useless
As a former gold EC member of BA, I've finally had enough. Over an hour trying to change and pay for a flight, kept been asked to hold for a couple of minutes, agent continuously misunderstood my requests, attempted to overcharge me twice, and seemed to try and keep me on the phoneline as long as possible. The issue arose when the BA site would not accept my corporate card payment for a booking change as it is a corporate card! and we spend millions with BA annually.
The last number of flights I’ve had were severely delayed, and I never bother to complain as it doesn’t bother me so much when I can work away in the lounges, but this is beyond pathetic, over oner hour trying to change and pay for a flight!
