Ovo customer for over 10 years…
We have been with Ovo for over 10 years and never had a problem, smart meter was installed as soon they came on market, never any problems, my only issue is we are moving to a new build and cannot take our plan with us, we have to go with sister company SSE until we can switch back to Ovo but we then have to go on current standard plan which will triple our monthly payments.

Prices are no longer competitive, only staying as have the smart meter, cannot contact them via phone as you loose discounts, new tarriff online does not match tarriff recommended on mail.. maybe time to change

We don't have the cheapest rates available, but we do feel we price fairly in line with the market price.

NO SURPRISE AFTER READING ALL REVIEWS... SHOCKING
Booked in an installation as needed washing machine hard wired... Told the girl 4 times
make sure its booked for Harrow and not my billing address in Edinburgh, yes no problem all ok, gave tracking code, etc etc
Tracking code does not work.... so called morning on installation...
Booked for Edinburgh, complete joke.,.... now been on hold 20 minutes to get a
refund....
Sadly I booked installation before I read reviews or I would never have BOOKED them...
Never again.....
