Prices are no longer competitive, only staying as have the smart meter, cannot contact them via phone as you loose discounts, new tarriff online does not match tarriff recommended on mail.. maybe time to change

We don't have the cheapest rates available, but we do feel we price fairly in line with the market price.
If you needed to get in touch about something you're not able to do online, or you can't find the answer top on our website, then you wouldn't run the risk of losing the reward. Your query regarding the different renewal offers you have received, would come under this.
