Signed up for a free month's trial on…

Signed up for a free month's trial on their pro cleaner, totally slipped my mind on the expiration of the free trial, anyway, the day after the free trial expired they charged me, so I contacted them after reading, ("if you forget to cancel after the free trial expires, and contact us we will reimburse the charge within 30 days") I explained it totally slipped my mind to cancel and could you please reemburse me the charge you took,(I used the product once during the whole free trial) I was completely blanked, so please if you take a free trial out for their ProCleaner make sure you cancel within the months grace because if you don't and try and get your money back they will ignore you. I'm not happy but there you go, I mean why say you will do something then totally ignore the customer!

Bought a small metal garden shed off…

Bought a small metal garden shed off these, and the delivery company Evri left the package lent against my front door when I wasn't in and the package was stolen, (If I had known they used Evri I wouldn' have bought from them) that was six days ago and Wilko (The Range) are stringing me along with my refund, the way they are treating me is disgusting, steer well clear of this Company, shop elswhere with Companies that have dedicated Customer service who will help you and not fob you off if you have delivery or any other problems, and, not leave you in financial limbo, I'm here out of pocket, with no shed and £85 down and they couldn't care less. Terrible, Terrible Company!!

Booked an apartment in Spain through…

Booked an apartment in Spain through these; it turned out to be a scam, got to the apartment and the Owner wouldn't let me gain entry kept coming up with excuses, I had to then book a hotel for the night till they found me another property, anyway the whole experience has been a nightmare, completely spoiled my birthday getaway and since June I have been trying to get my security deposit back and I'm being totally ignored, my experience with this Co has been awful, I've been given dead phone numbers for Customer service, emails sent in German when they know I'm English and so on, do not book with Novasol please go else where. Bad bad Company!!

Booked a private apartment in Spain in…

Booked a private apartment in Spain in June went through Vrbo who then put me through to another holiday letting agency, the Owner on arrival would not let me gain entry, it was a scam, I've been trying to get my security deposit back since the 19th of June its now Aug the 23rd, was promised a call back 2 weeks ago after giving my proof of payment, never happened, steer well clear of this Company and book with someone else, they're utterly useless!!
Been contacted since posting this review, promising a reimbursement, but they got my Surname wrong on the email wallet. I've been trying for 2 weeks to sort this out with a senior staff member, but they're absolutely useless, they sent another wallet and this time it had the wrong currency on as well as the wrong surname, and thats where I'm at, in Limbo, being told the team who issue the wallet are working on it when it only takes max 40 mins to reissue while this request is taking weeks!! Please, please book elsewhere. "Do not use this company" after the terrible experience I had on holiday with a scammer, I'm now having the same at home!! "Vrbo you get -100"
Matter now resolved thanks to supervisor Elaria, I only wish I'd have spoken to her at the start of all this.

I ordered a phone from Smart Cellular…

I ordered a phone from Smart Cellular for one of my family's birthday in July, (their very first phone) it was ordered on the 20th of July so I expected it at the end of the next week as they say delivery can be between 2 - to 5 days, I get an email asking if I want another colour I say "No Thanks" it has to be the Gold one I ordered,( It's for a little girl) ok you'll have to wait a bit longer for that Colour, anyway after getting conflicting email delivery timescales (basically they never had it in stock) I cancelled the order, that was on the 2nd of Aug, tomorrow it's been a month from ordering to getting nothing, no refund, no phone, no communication, Please steer clear of this terrible terrible Company! Order Number-000087029 "Update"- It's now the 4th of Sept 2024 and still no refund or communication about a refund, and yes I've tried ringing, no answer, keep getting asked by a recorded voice to email which they respond to in 48 hrs, think I'm going to go down the legal route, I'm absolutely disgusted in how I've been treated, the response below by them was just empty words .. Bad bad Company, please keep away!!

great experience (not so much having to pay a deposit when previously I was never required to) and great staff especially the front desk guy at the Ardwick branch, who helped with all our queries and problems, still haven't received my email to login to my online account, suppose 5 months is the norm for a forgotten password

Bad setup

Got my personal details stolen and loans were taken out in my name with this Company, tried for over 12 months to resolve it but they wouldn't listen, even won with FOS who they totally ignored, seems the Companys ok giving money out but if you have any other problem they are utterly useless, I'd steer well clear of them!

Put an Order in with Holland and…

Put an Order in with Holland and Barrett get an email from the courier they use to say it's going to be delivered on the 31st July, so I wait and nothing arrives, no email either, they attempt the next day when I'm not in, I contact HB about it and they make excuses on behalf of the bad courier not even offering to get updated information about when it actually will be delivered, meanwhile i'm still in limbo, bad bad service, will not be using them again. Order no 9009645547 !

Abs was very knowledgeable and talked me through what he was going to do to eliminate my bed bug problem which unbeknown to me was brought into my property by a relative after staying at a hotel, Excellent service and price, I would highly recommend their services.

Normally not to bad but the latest 2…

Normally not to bad but the latest 2 times well, only contact the night before the parcel was being delivered by email, I tried to change it on their website as soon as i received the email because i was not going to be in but there's no option for date change of delivery so i missed it, no card left just another email, so the lady came again knocked once, i got to the door she's in her car right in front of me with the window lowered, i shouted hello twice she blanked me and drove off, so i gotta wait another 3 days because of Easter Holidays, not happy at all, To (Everyone) ask the Co you buy from which Parcel Co they use if it's Evri/Hermes buy somewhere else, they're not customer friendly at all, that's why there's no option to speak to a Human only an automated Bot ..utterly useless!!

Stayed at Golden Sands Wales problems…

Stayed at Golden Sands Wales problems from the start the manager did her best to help but when you've paid for the top tier caravan and there's nothing else to move onto not much you can do, first caravan, top hinge on door was bent you had to slam the door to shut it, the carpet had been laid on top of existing carpet rather than being refitted and was coming away, dirty cotton buds outside the door, second one upholstry was worn and discoloured with nasty curtains not at all what they advertise online those are plush and really modern! anyway i upgraded to the top tier caravan over the phone before going and asked for a caravan near the clubhouse/ shop because of mobility problems yes we will do our best she said, thing is they told me when i arrived they don't have luxury caravans near the amenities they are way over on the the other side of the site near "Abergele", so i paid extra to be lied to, anyway bad experience paid a lot of money out of season for a bog standard + caravan not luxury, no chippy as advertised and extortionate food/drink prices if i go on another caravan holiday it certainly won't be here, nothing wrong with the staff its the misadvertising of the top of the range luxury caravan's that's the problem, really feel i was conned, oh and to top it off we came home with Covid!

Got a Sensor bin

Got a Sensor bin, been changed 3 times previous because the top stopped opening but i kept with them and got them replaced rather than a refund because their customer service people were good that's until my present bin stopped working i'm just over 2 months out of warranty and they will not help, guy on the phone acting like he owned the Co and his faceless voiceless manager telling him to tell me "hard luck" we are not going to help, so be careful people if you need any understanding re warranties just running out! I won't be buying from this Co again after this, I mean the jobsworth on the phone admitted the sensors on the bins don't last !!.. Bad Co!

Bought an induction hob they replaced…

Bought an induction hob they replaced it very quicky because it was faulty, no problems there the problem started when i asked for the fitting charge of the first hob to be reimbursed they said once the first hob had been returned they would sort it out, they haven't, I've been fobbed off on numerous occasion by their online customer service agents who just keep acting like it's my first query no continuity at all just say they have no record of the cost being imbursed (I've contacted them 5 or 6 times) won't buy from them again I've always looked at them as being a good reputable Co, not if it costs you money there not! "Update" matter now resolved apology forthcoming for the mixup so i got to re-award them 5 stars and would recommend buying off them.

Not happy with this mattress at all its supposed to be breathable and work with the contours of your body while you sleep, it doesn't, i get to hot and it's causing my side to ache, for the high price of over £400 i expected so much better!!
