I placed my first order with Wild and Bloom and unfortunately, (due to a Royal Mail error), the flowers were not going to arrive on the specified day... I emailed the team at W&B and to cut a long story short, they immediately dispatched a replacement bouquet for the following day to the hotel we were due to be staying at.
They bent over backwards to help and ensure our anniversary did not suffer and my wife was extremely happy with the flowers.
