Ordered a week previous and waited in all morning only to get an email at 13:30 stating that Brandon Hire could not fulfil the order. National Tool Hire Shops do not appear to have any shops of their own...
Complete and utter waste of my time!

Update: I have discovered that although National Tool Hire failed to fulfil my order, they were successful in debiting my account for the full amount earlier today... I now need to await a refund.
