Used Yescapa twice now, once for Switzerlad with my son and then malaga as a family. The whole booking process is easy, I don't trust the other companies, I've heard some bad stories about people not getting deposits back and stuff like that, but with yescapa I feel a lot safer as its mainly owners that are hiring out their campers .The prices are quite reasonably too and no hidden stuff added on when your holiday is over!! Next one coming up, Switzerland!!🥰 can't wait!! Keep it up Yescapa!!

Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish, after many years of using this company and never having to change anything, someone ran into our car and I needed to change the vehicle on the booking, both times I was emailed back to say sorry but we can't change it, you'll have to get in touch with the parking directly , when I did they said I'd have to do it through skylark! Lost my money on the first one!! Never again will I book through these!! Lost a loyal customer! Both booking refs . Man-sky-12594725 and sps-6321443, the first one I was told I was too late , but my car had been in an accident that day and nobody wanted to even try to help, just said talk to them at the car park when you go and the 2nd one I booked even though it says free amendments or free cancellation I was told I need to speak to the car park , I phoned the car park and they said its skypark I need to change it through and not them! And no, I will not be taking my review off because you don't like it!!

Great speedy process, doing my renewal, didn't leave me hanging on the phone for ages, good price too. 5 stars!!🙂

Perfect, replaced broken windscreen and sanded down and repaired rust that caused thd crack.

This is the worst company I have ever hired a car through, was quoted 278.82 dollars all inclusive for 2 weeks in florida, when I got there I was told its 655 dollars. Tried to get in touch with them by phone to be told I have to email the customer services, tried that, no reply. Tried their online chat service, no reply, 3 weeks later and still no reply!!! DO NOT BOOK YOUR CAR HIRE THROUGH THESES RIP OFF MERCHANTS!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!! DISGUSTING!!!! I would give them no stars but it won't let me!!
The reply they have given to this review is just for show, just to make you think they are looking into it, it's been 3 weeks since I wrote the original review and I haven't heard a word from CARFLEXI, DO NOT GET CONNED BY THIS COMPANY!! APPALLING!!!!!!!
