So I wrote a review on here about Octopus Energy. They, a person called Sam, responded by telling the trust pilot public that they have now contacted me and were happy to deal with my concerns. Sam did not do any such thing. No emails, no phone calls, nothing from you Sam. Stop lying to the public.
Please beware Octopus Energy the great frontmen for these Energy profiteering bandits. Avoid this energy company as customer service is non existent and at a time like this the service is ridiculously poor.

I unfortunately had my energy…
I unfortunately had my energy transferred to Octopus Energy and have had nothing but bullying and aggressive emails and no evidence of me contacting them. Also I have submitted payments and meter readings etc and they have ignored these and made threats to cut off our energy. I wrote to complaints and customer services and no response. I worry for the elderly and others of learning difficulties these people act like loan sharks. Disgusting energy provider’

Purchased a bottle of Goli Ashwaghanda…
Purchased a bottle of Goli Ashwaghanda and they are now out of date. The customer service system ignored the uploaded image evidence supplied and repeatedly keeps requesting images. Finally I am told to wait a week for a response, even though they can see the date has passed and I want a refund. The product is below consumer standard and charged a price of £13.50 for something which has expired. This gives a clear impression that their products are normally out of date and this is usual. Lost my confidence purchasing from this company.

Terrible. Initial email was sent 2/3 days ago and then a customer services feedback email was send when I hadn’t even had a response.
The issue of next day delivery has not been resolved. At this time the slot ready is for Friday.
In effect, in my view I have not used my next day delivery premier as you have not fulfilled my orders as priority next day. I want to lodge an official complaint.

Same failures as I have complained about before.
Failure to refund when they actually confirm they have received the package.
The item I returned as the first in thing you find when you open the pack but it can take 2 weeks to scan it ....
Just wow.
I have had to write to them for the 3rd time to get my full refund.
At least on the previous occasion the person had the decency to refund the item as they couldn’t deny receiving it!
You can read the BS reply below that took them 6 hours to send.
We should do as America and CANCEL boohoo altogether.

When returning items back to us, we do advise if the items are from separate orders that they are returned separately to prevent confusion like this from happening. You can see this in our terms and conditions here:...., This is because if you return another order in same parcel as a different one, we need to allow a little longer for the item to be scanned in at the warehouse before that one will be refunded.
As both items were returned in the same parcel and the return label that was attached is only for one order, we do advise that you allow 15 days for the other item to be refunded, this will give our warehouse team time to open the parcel and scan the item in for the refund to be processed. If this timescale passes, please send me a copy of the postage receipt and the name of the items you have returned and then I will certainly get this sorted for you.

Sadly a friend used this company and was also scammed out of his money. They really don’t deliver and the websites are of the poorest quality. I am going to write to them again and let them know that I posted this review to see if they will finally supply the control panel we requested 3 months ago ...

Boohoo buyers beware - Boohoo they are true to their word that they will not refund you until the very last, and will no make note of their own accord refund your money unless you chase them relentlessly. Maybe next time choose to buy from ASOS or MIssguided as my experience is that they may treat customers better!

Delivered to Warehouse by Hermes, Print in Store
Boohoo’s own tracking system confirms that their warehouse indeed has received the package. Yet they still refuse to refund the item for one month. Their argument is that they are swamped and the returned item has not been processed.
I was advised that I would still have to send photo proof that I returned the item.
Yet an order returned on 17 August has been refunded 22 August .
This time however, i returned 3 items in one bag and only 2 out of the 3 were refunded on the 22nd. I have had to chase them up on the 23rd yet again for that.
That one item has now been refunded.
My experience has been that random customer service reps respond without checking their own tracking systems and that if you as a customer do not keep the return portal email which shows that the item is indeed with boohoo then you are consistently given the run around and an passive aggressive indirect refusal to give you your money back!
3 hours of back on forth and still no money.

Uber eats disgusting non existent customer service.
Uber eats in app error stated that an order could not be processed but took the money. I reordered and was charged twice. I was delivered 2 exact same meals without text confirmation or notification and at this moment still have a second driver on my account ready to deliver another meal. They are refusing to refund me. I made one official confirmed order. Even though they can see that their is an ongoing error, a driver is still assigned to deliver an hour later.
The manager refuses to speak to me on the phone. On call holding for 36 minutes and counting.The app has now finally shown the receipt of the order I made 1 hour ago.
