Uber eats disgusting non existent customer service.

Uber eats in app error stated that an order could not be processed but took the money. I reordered and was charged twice. I was delivered 2 exact same meals without text confirmation or notification and at this moment still have a second driver on my account ready to deliver another meal. They are refusing to refund me. I made one official confirmed order. Even though they can see that their is an ongoing error, a driver is still assigned to deliver an hour later.
The manager refuses to speak to me on the phone. On call holding for 36 minutes and counting.The app has now finally shown the receipt of the order I made 1 hour ago.
