First time ordering, I was a little apprehensive, and yes I should have been because they sent the completely wrong item.
Then the BS of not refunding the money for a month when they screwed up. Not one word of apology for the mess up,
AVOID - unless you have good money to waste.

Uber eats inconsistent and incorrect communication from customer services.
Today I reported that my food was over cooked and burnt. I contacted the store who apologised profusely and told me to contact Uber Eats directly to be refunded. Instead they, Uber eats, stupidly responded to me as if I didn’t like the taste!
Burnt food is burnt and inedible, I wanted my money back. Your service to me has deteriorated dismally. They are refusing to refund me for substandard food. I am not going to stand for this and I will be emailing whoever I can to have this rectified. You need to treat your customers with a bit more respect.

I have ordered from their website on quite a few occasions, I found Beauty by Zara by chance while looking for a specific product online. They have an excellent range of top quality products at competitive prices. I was happy to find the store in Romford too!
Even when I had an issue with the delivery they quickly attempted to resolve the problem.
Beauty by Zara are my main choice for quality hair products.

Returned 2 items in one bag stapled well together and they 'haven't received it?' Really?
Quote "... We've got it! Your returned items from RMA #9760620 have now been received and we'll refund your credit/debit card as soon as the items(s) have been checked..."
Just received an email stating I have to send proof of postage? Why?
You all already confirmed you received the package?
I want my refund immediately.

Review of LOOKFANTASTIC
Ordered products on 27 September 2012, to date the goods have not appeared. Yesterday a delivery was attempted but I am not sure of what. Arrived to collect item only to find that the item has been lost! UNBELIEVABLE! Tried to contact LF and they refused to take ANY details about the lost item until DH (cardholder) contacts them. Original delivery date was 2 October.
I now do not believe the items were Issued on that date, unless they are sending items via 3rd class or worse!!
Customer service even lied about complaints department contacting me as they did not have my contact details.
BEWARE! It is better to pay that little bit extra to avoid the hassle and deceit of this company. BUYER BEWARE!!! Go AMAZON!!
Wish I had read the reviews before using them! Disgusting.
