Whole process was very easy and all went as planned.

I have purchased items both directly and via Amazon, on all occasions I was kept informed, the goods arrived as planned, well packed and in excellent condition.

We searched over a period of time for a water feature. We found Gardenesque and immediately found what we had been looking for. It was the lily water feature which was just the size we required. Ordering was very easy and it arrived very well packed ahead of schedule.
We were very impressed with the quality and it is a living piece of artwork in our garden together with the gentle sound of flowing water.

Really great service excellent range of products and on line help if required. Placed an order at approx 14.00 hours and the delivery was on my doorstep at 07.00 from DPD the next day…….well done to all.

I regularly shop with another similar Company. I have recently used Toolstation due to immediate availability of some items I required quickly. I consider Toolstation to be a very good company, great range of products and price. Click and collect or delivery is first class. Nice friendly staff in store.

I have used Terry Howell's many times over the years, my recent experience was the usual excellence as expected. Good prices, good quality products, nice people who are always helpful and delivery on the day as advised.

We have booked with Sykes previously and consider the booking process to be very straight forward. Excellent selection of properties and locations with fair prices considering the current COVID situation.

I recently purchased a new Imac and considered trying to sell my old one which whilst in good order it was 7 years old. I decided to search the internet and was amazed and pleased to find Macback as they were only 5 miles away from my home.
I went onto their site and immediately obtained a valuation for my old machine subject to testing etc. I decided to e-mail them rather than apply online as I was happy to drop it off with them. I was contacted immediately, I explained that I needed to transfer all my files etc over to my new machine. They said they would be more than happy to do that for me. Being a bit of an anorak I declined as I wanted the experience myself, it was good to know if I failed and the wheels fell off I had support from Macback.
I completed the changeover and clearing my old machine and arranged to drop my old machine to them. I was met by a very helpful and friendly guy who took my machine and issued me with a receipt. He said Apple is their speciality and if I ever needed help in the future to contact them. He said they were very busy but would test my machine later that day. I received an e-mail the next day to inform me that my machine was the spec I declared and that it passed the testing. I was informed that my money would be transferred to my account later that day. I received the money all as they quoted very early the next day......Excellent!
I would not hesitate to recommend Macback to my friends,relatives and anyone else.

I have now used DTD 5 times to purchase vehicles for my Daughter and myself. On each occasion I have received a first class service with every aspect as detailed on their website. Do not think this is just buying a car on the internet, it is a very professional service whereby DTD put you in direct contact with a relevant Main Dealership. All financial transactions take place between you and the Dealer. Your order is then dealt with by the Main Dealer who orders and finally delivers your new vehicle. I have had a great relationship with the Main Dealers. My most recent purchase was for a VW T-Roc which was the 3rd vehicle purchased from the same Dealer which was a factory build due to my list of extras. The Dealer was brilliant on all occasions and kept me up to date through out. Do not hesitate to use the services of DTD you will get a great deal.
