Needed to renew our car insurance as our existing provider got greedy and didn't respect our years of loyalty. Decided to test the market for a better price, the AA popped up for both our vehicles and we decided to sign up, everything went very well and all relatively easy to complete. One minor glitch was resolved by telephone and talked to some really nice helpful staff of the AA......Many thanks

Really easy to order and collect, sadly only 1 item was available and not to two I had ordered. Not a problem to me as the second one was a spare. The Lady who served me was very apologetic and quickly arranged a refund which was in my account within a couple of hours……excellent service.

Kristin the Advisor was very good and was able to advise us on our selection. He was prompt to reply and sort out any queries we had. The Surveyor and installer Trevor Tilley (117048) was also very good, arrived quickly after we placed the order and again very helpful in finalising our choice. Trevor kept us informed throughout the process and promptly came on the day and time agreed to install our shutters. Great attention to detail and kept any disruption to a minimum.

Ordered a new TV on line for home delivery. Everything went really and JL kept me informed throughout the process. Prior to delivery on 29th June I received an e-mail from JL informing me of price reductions on a wider range of products. To my surprise the TV I was waiting for had been reduced by £100, As I had paid for it and delivery was imminent I first thought just my luck. I did some research on the JL website relating to price promises etc. I decided to telephone Customer Services and spoke to an exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable Partner. After explaining my situation the Lady asked me to hold on while she spoke to someone else. She returned after a few minutes, apologised for my problem and said she had arranged a refund of £100. The refund was paid into my CC account within 4 hours of my phone conversation, now that’s what I call fantastic service, well done JL and many thanks.

I have been looking everywhere for this item and pleased to finally track this down. Information on the website is fantastic, showing all dimensions, ordering was also very easy together with payment.

All appeared to be straight forward, holiday rebooked due to ownership change of property already booked.
