Supplied a product I'm happy with, no issues
Clarity and fulfilment of order all trouble free. Clear guidance on a product suitable to replace the stock halogen bulb on my street scrambler. Fitted in 5 mins and it passed the UK MOT. Lots brighter day and night.
1st class products backed up by amazing service
I bought a set of LED fog lights from LedPerf. I am really pleased with not only the quality of the lights and fixings but the wiring harness included. After 3 years of continuous use, the lights and the wiring is in perfect condition. I did however have an issue with one of the mounting brackets. This was quickly resolved by Jordan - free of charge.
I have no hesitation in recommending LedPerf.
Items advertised incorrectly - did not fit!
LEDperf advertised a specific set of LED indicators for my Triumph Speed Triple 1050 RS 2019 - they didn't fit, incorrect mounting point, incompatible wiring plugs. Tried to contact to find out what was going on and no response. You will note their website is quite impenetrable.

Issue resolved
Review edit: whilst I still maintain the bulbs I originally bought didn’t fit my ninja 650, top marks and credit to the customer service team for reaching out to me to resolve the issue, offering an exchange of bulbs that did fit for no extra cost and they even sent them before I had a chance to return the originals. The bulbs I got in exchange were very easy to install and were exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for your help.

Order a full LED kit for my 2015 Honda…
Order a full LED kit for my 2015 Honda NC750X, which included the headlight bulb, front indicators with DRL, rear indicators with brake light and brake light bulb.
Here's how everything went:
Ordering is fine, payment too, website is a bit dated compared to the experience you get with Shopify or higher end solutions but it was fine.
Delivery was ok, not especially fast with the order placed on the 27th of June and the delivery happening on the 3rd of July. Packaging was overall fine; the headlight bulb was in a cardboard box with padding, the indicators were in a cardboard box with the 10W resistors but not much padding, the brake light bulb was simply tapped to the invoice in the middle of the package... So yeah, not great but nothing horrible either.
The headlight bulb is indicated as "plug & play" on the website, truth is you need to alter your bike by drilling a hole into the headlight dust cover to fit it which is not great. The bulb is cooled by a fan, which means you have a long cable coming out of the headlight instead of the original socket. You need to plug this cable to the original socket somewhere, good luck tidying the 30cm long cable in your front-end area.
To fit the headlight bulb, you need to unscrew a connector, cut a hole through the dust cover, tidy the cable and reconnect everything. Bad thing, the screw connector just broke the first time I've used it making the entire bulb.
The instructions provided are also utterly useless, you're better off finding a guide on a forum that using the 3 blurry pictures and 6 sentences on the tiny piece of paper provided.
To me this product is useless, just by a Xenon H4 bulb which will be actually plug&play.
The rear brake bulb was fine, installation is annoying but that's just the NC750X being plastic all over. The lighting is a nice upgrade from the original halogen. This installation is actually plug&play, but zero instructions provided. Once again, you pay a premium for a bulb specific to your bike but you get a generic experience.
As for the indicators, this is where the disappointment gets very high. First of all you do not get any specific wire connector for your bike, just a generic indicator with a generic 10W resistor. You don't even get adapters to fit the indicators to your frame, I guess they are supposed to float around? Thankfully I've had some adapters from an Aliexpress kit I bought before, a kit worth 10€ (6 times less than this one).
You'll need to splice the cables yourself, the kit doesn't come with anything to do so, just generic female connectors at the end of the resistors. You get generic instructions too, you'll get basically the same from Aliexpress too: "The red cable is positive, the black is neutral, you need to plug the red into the indicator positive and the black into the indicator neutral" yeah thanks.
If you get the DRL version of the indicators, you'll get one extra cable on each indicator which needs to be spliced into the headlight cable. Again nothing to help you do so, not which cable to splice, nothing to splice it etc...
If you get the brake light version, you'll get two extra cables. One to splice into the position light, and one to splice into the brake light, with the resistors it is quite messy and turns the rear of the bike into a maze. I don't even think it would be safe to leave the resistors in an enclosed space knowing the heat they output... Once again, a very generic solution that is sold as bike specific.
After doing the full indicator installation, with the resistors, I still had the hyperflash happening. Unless I've happened to have 2+ faulty resistors it seems like this kit doesn't even work properly on my bike unless I put on a dedicated LED relay which removes the need for resistors. Why not, it's a better solution anyways, but why provide them if they are not working properly? As is, the bike is illegal to ride because the indicators flashes too fast. It's also not great for visibility...
Now for the fun part. Your DRL indicators need to be spliced into either the dipped headlight or your full beam. Regardless of which you choose, the indicators will turn off if you are using the other headlight. It's supposed to increase your own visibility, but can only be used in certain scenarios... Why?
As for the brake light indicators, they do increase your visibility but when you brake it turns of the indicator orange light at the front and the rear because the brake light takes priority I guess? 100% dangerous and 100% illegal.
All in all, buy from Aliexpress. It's cheaper, you might get better support too and you'll get more hardware to fit the LED to your bike. I've spend 240€ to get an illegal bike that is more dangerous to ride than before, with 6 hours of work down the drain too.
EDIT: I'm getting spammed everyday asking to remove my review for a full refund.

No resolution to original complaint…
No resolution to original complaint about a poor quality headlight. Still sat in my garage and will no doubt end up in the skip as unusable.
All that information is utter rubbish. I contacted you 1 week after receiving the unit and have multiple emails to your company to prove this. I have done everything correctly, sent you multiple pictures and a video. I even bought new components to prove the light unit was defective, reported all the scratches straight away, try posting the facts rather than a load of rubbish.
Then to cap it off will collect the light unit for free but on condition I delete my review, then deny even emailing that you said this.
Your response is not factual whatsoever! Headlight ordered 16th May, received 30th May. Email sent 2nd June to LEDPERF with pictures of scratches and complaining of no instructions and very poor fitment. I then have a whole series of emails back and forward to Tony, because no matter what he explained, the headlight angel eye does not work!! Try reading the emails and stating the facts, I will continue with negative reviews until then!

Bmw r1200r headlight problem
Ordered a led headlight and headlight case. It looks good but I emailed them to send me the installing instructions and they replied but after installing it it would only work on low beam and if I swap the 2 connectors it only works on high and low beam so basically I can't switch between them.
That means I can't use it and can't pass the mot and also they dont reply about the issue.
So I've spent almost 200£ on something I can't use and they dont reply back.
You decided if you want to make business with them or not.
Update regarding your answer
I've done like your tech team suggested and it's the same problem. Clearly the headlight is either not working properly or not made for this bike.
Like I said with the genuine headlight everything works as it should. It should be replaced or refunded not making guesses and make me cut the bikes wires when it should be plug and play
