Prompt delivery

Prompt delivery. The first valve I ordered was spot on, hopefully the second one will be too. Bit more expensive than some, but important if you've inherited a Howdens kitchen, to get the right sized spline.

Some damage and inaccurate instructions otherwise good products.

Bought a rattan suite and Texas Grill BBQ. Would have given 5 stars, but there were some issues. There was some damage to one of the rattan units, the covering was cut in two places and it was quite dirty, like it had been left outside somewhere before packing. The BBQ, had all the pieces there and not surprisingly the build process was length. However the process was made more frustrating by parts of the build process not being covered in the instructions, requiring dismantling and rebuilding, also some incorrect instruction were given regarding which screws/nuts/ bolts to use.

Great product, just quality.

Yes the biscuits are expensive, but if you want to show someone you really like them, this product will do it. Great biscuits, for ordinary folk and vegans (😉), beautifully packaged. Absolute quality.

Delivered upside down. Too heavy for one delivery man.

Plus point, delivery was on time. Downhill from there. The delivery man managed to manhandle the very heavy fridge out of his van. I'm not sure how heavily it hit the ground, but when I got down the drive, he said " they put in my van with a forklift and i'm expected to deliver it". he asked me if it was a washer, being so heavy, I said no it's a fridge, indicating my concern for it's wellbeing. Fortunately I have a trolley/lifter which I duly got out. This enabled us to get the fridge to the back door. We duly took the fridge off the trolley and unwrapped it. This is where we discovered it was upside down, as it had been on the drive and presumably in the van, unless when it came off the van it flipped over. I offered to get some planks to enable us to slide it up the doorstep. The driver said "will it take long I have a busy day." Clearly there was no way I was going to get it in on my own. So I said lets try to lift it. Fortunately i'm a relatively fit 66 year old and was able (with some effort) to lift it with him into the kitchen. He then quickly left. Given it had been upside down I left it a day before doing anything with it. However when I went to turn it on the next day I looked in it for some instructions / guide, there was nothing. Nevertheless I turned it on and was able to set the temperatures relatively quickly. It appears to be working despite it's poor delivery.

Bulbs received promptly and well…

Bulbs received promptly and well packed. Very good price too. Haven't had chance to install any yet but should hopefully be ok.
