Well packed good plants

This months Isle of Lewis Gin excellent.

Good plants, good deals.

Great currency card. Works a treat at good rates.

Good plants at good prices. Any problems always sorted out.

Again another initial problem, but resolved successfully. Two roses ordered only one delivered. Hassle to chase missing rise, but now satisfactorily delivered.

Great thermostat, controllable remotely. But down one star due to it losing connection, which results in no heat/control.

Car dealt with promptly, new tyre fitted.

Good plants at good prices. Always happy to resolve any issues with any orders. Would recommend to anyone who likes good value and good plants.

Have fitted 2 of the 3 blinds ordered. Great fit within the window. They do take some convincing to stay at cill level and need to be closed carefully. But overall, well made, smart blinds.

As bad as the previous two attempts to deliver this order were. (The Couriers fault); this one was exemplary.
Plants very tidy and in one piece.

Normally You Garden are very reliable. However for this purchase of 3 Winter Clematis plants it has gone badly wrong. The first delivery fell by the wayside, due to apparently being so badly damaged the courier wouldn't deliver it. You Garden immediately sent a replacement, but it was delivered in a crumpled box and despite clear labelling, it was upside down! Needless to say one of the three plants was virtually destroyed, the second had it lead shoot chopped off, miraculously the three plant looks ok on first inspection.
Now this is clearly the fault of the courier, however it You Garden and me the customer that is let down.

Good produce, well packet and delivered.

Good delivery by a dedicated operative. Much better than some we've had.
