I had a deeply disappointing experience…DO NO TO DEAL with Assured Pharmacy
I had a deeply disappointing experience with Assured Pharmacy. From the outset, they failed to provide clear information about delivery dates, and despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone and email, I received no response. Their customer service is practically non-existent — they ignore calls and completely disregard customer correspondence.
Most concerning of all, they do not seem to prioritize data protection or privacy. I found their handling of personal and medical information to be unprofessional.
Furthermore, they took my money promptly but failed to deliver the products, and they refuse to issue a refund due to their own lack of transparency and accountability. This company appears to be more interested in taking payments without fulfilling their obligations.
Overall, I would strongly advise everyone NO TO DEAL with Assured Pharmacy. They seem to be a company that will happily take your money and provide little or no service in return.

Brilliant service. Amazing follow up communication too. Delivery was prompt and honestly cant fault any part from order to delivery. Will definitely use this company again.

Utterly terrible customer service. Countless calls, emails, social media contacts and portal messages to cancel an order and obtain a refund with no reply or aknowledgement.

Only pretend to care
This recent mounjaro crisis has sorted the wheat from the chafe and Assured Pharmacy are the latter. They sent various emails in August saying nobody could have a second pen if they'd already had one that month, but equally bragging they had loads of stock and had cancelled over 1,000 new customer orders. I needed a second pen in August due to going away start of Sept when my next pen was due. Did they respond to me or help me in any way? No. Totally happy to leave me high and dry. Had a mad dash to go elsewhere and try and get something as a brand new customer. Lucky for me I did manage it. Even now they've still made no contact.
Shocking service
Shocking service - cant speak to anyone, emails unanswered. Sent 6 emails no response - spoke to someone and promised call back 3 times and didnt happen, then they took money from my account for an order i was trying to cancel. Deliberately dont ring back so they get your money then send out the order which you cant return
A company that ignores its customers
Waiting for confirmation of my next delivery yet seems to have been replaced with a 3 month review when i've been a customer for a month. Have booked 2 review appointments and not received calls for either appointment. Have sent emails asking what is going on, receive no reply.
I'm fully aware of the price increase and generic correspondence being sent out. But that doesn't excuse ignoring a customer's emails and appointments.
Excellent experience with Assured…
Excellent experience with Assured Pharmacy, customer care has been amazing. Careful consideration is given to suitability including a phone consultation and uploading photos. Sent info through to my Dr with my consent and have provided further email updates sometimes daily and definitely weekly. Since the price rise announcement the company have been fully transparent and provided options and a consultation to discuss next steps. It is refreshing that Assured Pharmacy are prioritising current customers, not allowing pre-orders and ensuring all August deliveries are on time. Thank you for your continued support. One final thing, I have had no problem getting a phone response to my questions and has been on the same day too.
AVOID
They don't accept new customers but they happy to take their money. They took the money for the order and then went silent. They haven't responded to emails in six days.
These guys are amazing
These guys are amazing! Soooo much better than Numan who I was with originally for Mounjaro. No fuss, quick delivery, great updates and much better pricing. They have been extremely proactive once the news of the price increase hit the media. We are getting constant updates, alternative offers, great support and they are prioritising existing customers over new business and anyone trying to transfer across. In fact they cancelled 1000 transfers so they could focus on their existing customer base and ensure there was enough supply for everyone who is already with them which I think is fantastic. Can’t fault them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Took my money and refused to send medication as they are not taking new customers. Very rude and condescending staff who were not bothered that my money had been taken under false pretence. Was promised a refund with confirmation which was another Lie. Now still out of pocket with no idea if/when I may receive a refund.
It seems to me from this experience and the reviews that assured pharmacy are happy to keep hold of customers money when they have no intention of prescribing medication or refunding.

Long story short, I put an order in with them Friday they happily took the £175 and the order is gone through, today they took another £175 for the same product, avoid at all costs
disappointing and frustrating
My experience with this service was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I've encountered a significant lack of information throughout the entire process. After submitting my initial request, I had to email three times just to get a reply, and it took three days to get an answer.
When I finally received a response, I was simply told that I needed to provide more documents and schedule more appointments. The company's communication is very poor, and it feels like they intentionally withhold information, which significantly delays the process.
I highly recommend that you give yourself at least one month before placing an order to account for these delays and the frustrating back-and-forth communication. The lack of proactive communication and the slow response times made this a very negative experience.
And 7 days wait for refund!!!!!!

Excellent pharmacy . I have used for 4 months on weight loss, they are always on time, i always get update e mails asking for information. they have contacted my GP its on my records. I filled out the questionnaire honestly stating that I was a diabetic on diabetic medication, they told me I was eligible for the weightloss medication, they took my money and I made an appointment for a call later than day. Only to be told that they can’t prescribe to people with diabetes! Well if that was the case why for you take my money knowing full well I was a diabetic??
Now I have to wait 3-5 working days for a full refund!

You are completely crazy and thieves!!! I wrote you several emails to tell you that I could not do the second and third dose because your pen did not work and I sent you a video as proof. The only thing you were able to see was that the liquid had ended up in the syringe while you preferred not to say anything about the plunger that did not go down and two needles still not used! No refund!!! Now you have taken the money from my account and are sending me the second dose of 0.5 ml. This pharmacy does not care about the health of patients but only about selling! I do not authorize you to take any more money and I immediately want a refund of the money you took for the second dose!
