Its a long story but the simple version is the complaints process is non existant after 2 months of attempting to contact no acknowledgement of my complaint within 3 working days and no investigation within if I recall within 11 days from their compliance team. The slightly longer version is i had 4 complaints around the Woking Foxtons lettings team which I escalated to the area Manager who promised to come back to me. After 4 weeks he hadn’t come back to me so I tried calling the head office who said the process was for me to contact the Compliance team by email which I did. They woukd not allow me to speak to anyone. By this time there were 5 complaints. I got no response, contacted the head office again and they said it would take 3 working days for an acknowledgment and 11 days(?) for an investigation. The 3 working days were already up so they sent an internal email as a reminder. Still no response so I called back again and there was a verbal assurance they gad received my complaint, which was now 7 complaints and to wait the full 11 days. Of course no response within the 11 days. I found a customer service email and copied them in. Its now over a month later and nothing received. What can I say! The area manager did come back to me eventually and we have agreed compensation for 4 of the complaints which of course has not been paid and to this day no answer from the Compliance of customer service teams.

Something was stolen from my luggage. I phoned the baggage support who told me to go to the police and get a report. This wasn't worth it so I wanted to make a complaint. When I went to complain the website would olny accept a PIR number which I assume was a UK police report number. I tried a general route but was asked for a booking code and a ticket number neither of which has been sent to me and I have all the paperwork including the baggage tag and boarding pass so basically its impossible to make a complaint!!

Argos are still selling an unsafe product from 3 weeks ago (2 Burner Gas BBQ with side burner), they agree the product provided does not match the instructions diagram, they stated the product is faulty (it is actually unsafe) and provided me with a reference 13375658. I discussed with the store where I returned it who said it should be withdrawn from sale. I made a formal complaint biut they have never replied. I tried to put a review on their system but couldn't as I had purchased in store so hence using Trust pilot. The problem is the clip which secures the gas venturi to ensure no gas escape does not fit the version I had. When checking another BBQ at another store we found the same design.

Why on earth did we use them, never again. We don't have any email confirmation of our flight and hotel although the money has been taken. We don't know our flights and cant book a bag and don't know whether our hotel booking has been made. WE have tried every variant of chat and phoning for 2 days.

Awful chat service, I simply wanted to find out what the cost was for changing my bike. firsty she forced me to do online which I part understand but when I did it started asking me riculous options about whether my brother or sisters were the owners/keepers, she had to bypass this but then said I should refresh and a quote would be on my system which it wasn't. Eventually found out for 83 days of insurance on my new bike it would cost £7.50 plus £75 admin which wasn't worth it so I then asked for an annual quote but she said I had to do online. I then said was there a cancellation charge and could I just walk away and she would answer and just said I had toget the quote. The quote was something like £800 when my other quotes were around £150. I am just walking away from them.

This is the second time I have reported JoyMitty. The last time was for not delivering anywhere near their stated dates and therefore not arriving before Xmas. In the end it was the 4th Jan nearly a month after the order. Last time they replied and subsequently offered a £5 refund.
When I got the top, whilst it was polyester as stated in the specs, it is different from the pictures which show a knitted jumper. Colours are also very different and dull. You cannot trust the pictures. This product is cheap rubbish.

Again as others have said I should have checked the reviews. Ordered on the 6th December for 7 to 10 days delivery and still not here and looks very unlikely for xmas which is 1 day away. I am away for a while after xmas so even if t is delivered its no good to me. Don't bother with them.

I will keep it short but staff appear to be poorly trained and almost impossible to make complaints. My washing machine was delivered without the integrated door brackets complete and I called to organise replacement brackets. First call the lady couldn't understand what the difference between the brackets for the washing machine door and integrated facia door. She then organised an engineer which I said wasn't their responsibility. She delivered the wrong brackets and didnt cancel the appointment. Call 2 the lady said she had cancelled the visit which she didn't and she had ordered the correct brackets which she didn't and the paid service team would call me to arrange for me to pay to fix, which they didn't. Call 3 got a message the night before and engineer to come around but was suspicious and looked like the original appointment. She struggled to determine what the visit was for but said he had the brackets. Engineer arrives, has no brackets and came for the original job!

Shame great selection of wines, no phone contact, chat is not live and keep getting stalling emails repeatedly asking me to reconfirm my order. To be fair I was asking for a case of 12 6x2 bottles which is not their standard as they want you to buy cases of 6. So I gave up and tried to order 2x 6 bottle cases with an 18% off offer which says you don't need a code. Unfortunately this didn't work and again tried to communicate this through the chat. Thanks for the other reviews, looks like even if I do manage to order can't rely on the delivery.

Unbelievably poor support. We have been trying to cancel a flight for 3 weeks and being given misinformation and told they are too busy. You cant contact them in the UK and have to call the US, you cant make a complaint unless in writing to the US.

Not customer repsonsive. Had 2 collections in 2 days one from DPD and one from DHL. DPD have me a 1 hour timeslot and DHL gave me nothing. When i called up they were prepared to give me a 4 hr timeslot but I had to ask. Obviously DHL not up with either the times or what customers want and need.

Finally received the money after 2 months! A number of other things I learned about the system and wont use it again. Very complex and relies on being able to physically have the tickets and be there to receive them and then forward on which was the reason why I had to sell the tickets in the first place as I was abroad. I sold the tickets before they had been issued and should have ben a simple matter of ticketmaster refunding me and re-issuing tickets to the new holder. Also tickets were not sent until after the deadline for sending on! Getmein staff were helpful in getting this sorted in the end but huge heartache.

This happened to me last year as well, they just don't unsubscribe you when asked even if you wait a few weeks. And then it is so difficult to contact them.
