No customer review process - Fundemental

I put the 1 star rating is although I would rate IKEA a lot higher overall. The issue for me is there are no product customer reviews, this is a fundemental weakness in their process. I bought a new type of kitchen handles which were rubbish, so flimsy and I dont think will last long at all (Blankett type). This product should be removed it is so poor and I have no way of letting other customers know and getting short shrift from Ikea

Very useful but not good when you need help

Didin't answer the helpline when I was in Australia and also had to phone a UK number. Had to fill out an email form to get my answer which was replied to within 24 hrs but wasn't quick enough.

Very useful not having to carry so much cash. Learned several things;
1) balance includes pending transactions, this is not clear
2) best to try to select credit option when paying not cash or savings
3) there is no 24 hr helpline for anything other than stolen card
4) you have to pay for the phone call
5) many merchants try to charge you a surcharge and there is no Caxton feedback loop to these merchants by Caxtion to tell them they should not do this
6) some merchants automatically charge you in pounds and you dont know it! again Caxton are not feeding back to them to stop this practice
7) you get charged for checking the balance

All in all it is getting better but Caxton and the top up card industry have not ironed out all the problems, still on balance prefer having one but you have to be careful

Dont Bother

I am not sure where to start. Firstly they didn't actually make my place live for 2 weeks until I reminded them, When they did make it live they a) modified the profile very badly but more importantly they put it on at a daily price for a week, unsurprisingly I got loads of requests. When I corrected this I didn't get any requests which is understandable as you cant find me under London, my town, my area or my postcode. I have tried to get this resolves with them and to be fair they tried to call me twice but I just missed the call from Germany on my mobile and contacted to get them to call me back they didn't. This has been going on for over 2 months and i will now close my account.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, the website changes your booking with different dates, times and airports! You have to keep an eye right up to the absolute end of the booking and check every detail. I caught the first two but ended up booking a flight coming into Stansted that I originally though was Heathrow and couldnt change it! The phone support is awful and I spent 3 hrours trying to speak to them and they charged me for the pleasure. I thought I could do better than the Easyjet price and the lesson here is just book it straight from them. You can see all the comments others have made, just dont bother. Good Luck

Ok just

Took a while to put our orders thru. They actually had reals for when we wanted but wasn't showing on the calendar so we had to contact travelled directly then put thru to terminal 5 who asked us to order for the following day but promised to send an email saying it would be available the day before. Email was never sent so I had to call back the day before to double check

I ordered my lights and waited 2 weeks, when it didnt arrive I called them up to find they forgot to tell me they only had one in stock.

As a company we do try to inform all customers and any prospective delays, I have looked into this and it appears that the email that was sent from myself got lost in translation to the sales office, so they never received the email.

No complaints procedure and regularly being ignored

No complaints procedure, every thime I try to escalate my case I have been ignored. I asked to make a formal complaint and the case was closed. Nothing in the terms and conditions. my complaint keeps going back to the person who i am making the complaint about. No luck on facebook either. Terrible way to run a business.had lots of other problems with them. They have become too big for their boots.

Perfect for Argentina but lots of IT probs

I can't rember now in detail all the IT probs but I used it 3 times and recall each time took between 3 and 4 hours to make the transaction. The initial set up in theory should be fine and liked the way i could take a photo of my passport and get through the id checks. This took however several times to get the transaction approved and when it was approved I never really knew but and wasnt obvious.. The other times were that putting in some of the answers to the questions automatically throws you out of the session, eventually i learned that answering some of the latter questions first or using the drop down selectively by putting in the actual number rather than the drop down got round it. Nightmare but great facility and the response from the help desk was good and helpful.

Be careful of the size chart

I orderde a Medium from the chart which turned out to be way too big and I was at the upper end of the size range. PhysioRoom called me back straight away and replaced the product straightaway with the smaller size.
