Terrible customer service
I will keep it short but staff appear to be poorly trained and almost impossible to make complaints. My washing machine was delivered without the integrated door brackets complete and I called to organise replacement brackets. First call the lady couldn't understand what the difference between the brackets for the washing machine door and integrated facia door. She then organised an engineer which I said wasn't their responsibility. She delivered the wrong brackets and didnt cancel the appointment. Call 2 the lady said she had cancelled the visit which she didn't and she had ordered the correct brackets which she didn't and the paid service team would call me to arrange for me to pay to fix, which they didn't. Call 3 got a message the night before and engineer to come around but was suspicious and looked like the original appointment. She struggled to determine what the visit was for but said he had the brackets. Engineer arrives, has no brackets and came for the original job!
