What a great find Bikeinn was online.
Never heard of them before but I’ll be using them again. Ordered a Specialized Romin Evo saddle and bought it cheaper than anyone else was selling them.
Arrived into the UK within a couple of days of ordering and it was only because of the UK Easter holidays that the saddle didn’t arrive at my address within four days of ordering.
As far as I’m concerned , Bikeinn will be my new go to online cycling firm! Parcel arrived well packaged and as advertised.

Ordered two bottles of perfume for my daughters . That was twelve days ago and still not arrived despite several Emails to them I’m still waiting for the order to arrive.
I was told to allow up to 10 days but according to them they didn’t post them out until six days after I ordered.
Also, the tracking number and order number I was given don’t show up when I try to track my order on the carriers web site.
I’ve tried to phone them but each time I do so I just get put on hold then get cut off. I’ve a feeling I’ve been had here but will be taking this further.
UPDATE.
It seems that despite all the assurances I had that it had been posted out to me, it hasn’t!
So I’ve been offered a refund.
I’ll wait and see if that appears?????

After all the hassle and me agreeing to accept a r3fund I’ve just had yet ANOTHER email from them informing me my order has actually been sent out!
I was told it had been sent out 5 days ago so who knows what’s going on with this firm?
I’ll leave it to you to decide if you will use them!

I had to contact Decathlon as I was having trouble with accessing my wallet ( I’m not the most IT Literate out there) but the lady I spoke to was brilliant and sorted it out for me in minutes.
I then went on to order a set of tyres from You, the Michelin Pro 4 endurance.
Never used these tyres before but they were so easy to get onto my carbon rims. Only used them on the road once so far but they seem to be excellent. Not sure how they will fare in damp conditions though as they are slicks.
