This company has ZERO customer service

This company has ZERO customer service. They bombard you with spam emails and text messages, Their app is not user friendly and to top it all they try to take money from you when you owe nothing. Any attempts to contact them via their app, website or email are just ignored. This is a truely dreadful company to deal with. Please do yourself a big favour, don't be sucked in by their marketing. If you are, you will regret it. Read their app reviews too - they score very badly not just on TrustPilot but elsewhere too.

Review of Fit 2 Trip

Poor website user interface and very expensive

The website was very hit and miss. As it required certain fields to be completed it would not accept the input choices. Answers to questions were not accepted on the screen but when pressing 'continue' the answers then appeared on the next page. The user interface was very poor. All that aside, I used the same data entry for a variety of quotes from different travel insurers and Fit 2 Trip were double the mid prices I was getting from any other quotes. I wasted a lot of time inputting personal data and medical information only to have such an outrageously uncompetitive quote at the end. My advice is save your time and shop elsewhere.
EDIT: After reading the reply where Fit 2Trip claim to be the only online travel insurer in Spain to offer cover online screening for pre existing medical conditions I'd urge anyone looking to shop around even more because this claim is simply untrue. I have had at least 3 other online quotes with pre existing medical cover and they were all at least half the price of the Rate 2 Trip quote.
Also , I'm sorry but I'm not going to be getting in touch to help you sort out your website. That's your job, not mine.

Trying for over 2 years to…

I've been trying for over 2 years to get a smart meter fitted. First 3 attempts with Shell Energy , a 4th attempt with Octopus energy and now the latest with British Gas. Every single appointment had been cancelled by the energy company after I've waited infor most of the day. Every single cancellation had been the same excuse...."very sorry but the engineer has been delayed on an emergency". Congratulations British Gas you just joined the ever growing list of lieing incompetent energy suppliers who dont respect their customers. Not surprising, we'll be leaving British Gas very soon.

I had written assurance from BG that the appointment would be respected. I specifically told BG about our 4 previous failed appointments and was assured this would not happen. Your staff are liars. It is a disgusting way to treat customers.

Switched from Octopus to Rebel Energy - no regrets

Switched from Octopus 'award winning customer service' to Rebel Energy in January. The reason for switching was Octopus' customer service was so poor. In contrast, so far, Rebel Energy answer the phone quickly, speak good clear English and have been very professional. We had a question about our direct debit which was dealt with very efficiently and professionally. We also like the fact the the standing charges with Rebel Energy are way lower that other suppliers. As low energy users this is important to us.

Todo este proceso es falso

Qué pérdida de tiempo total. Autoscout24 te dice en línea que hay un proceso indicado disponible para vender tu coche ahora, rápidamente. Mi coche está en excelentes condiciones y el concesionario al que me enviaste me insultó con una oferta estúpida. Todo este proceso es una farsa. Deberían denunciarlos por fraude y por hacer perder el tiempo a la gente.

Shocked at price increase and poor response from Bitdefender.

I've been using Bitdefender Total security for several years. This year when the 'automatic renewal' came up I was shocked at the price increase so I queried it. Upon querying it I received an email offering me a "special discount".....which was still more expensive than I could by the exact same product on line, I pointed this out and was told this is because of different regional pricing. The fact is, Bitdefender want to charge me more to renew and retain me as a client than if I was a new customer. Their emails were condescending and their explanation was just false. The upshot is I am not renewing my long running bitdefender agreement and I've opted for a competitors product which is equally high scoring in anti virus tests but about half the price.

You will be disappointed

We booked well in advance with these charlatans to visit Glasgow. We paid and thought everything was fine until they cancelled our booking shortly before the arrival date. There was nothing else available anywhere close except at astronomic inflated prices. To add insult to injury these con artists were selling our hotel room at an inflated price. Why are companies like this allowed to be in business? My advice is do not book anything with this company, you will be greatly disappointed.

Their number 2 choice of best pool robots is.... a lawn mower!! They obviously have no intention but to offer click bait to potential buyers. What a complete load of nonsense.

Absolute nightmare dealing with a very…

Absolute nightmare dealing with a very simple travel cancellation claim. For a flight cancelled due to Covid in May 2020 we have finally received a settlement from Direct line in January 2021 of about half of our claimed amount. The original bookings were made long before Covid had even been heard of.

Policy excesses aside, they have given no explanation of how they reached they amount of their 'full and final' settlement. Just a cheque in the mail. I've had to make dozens of phone calls and sent even more messages with Direct line trying to wriggle out of the claim at any and every opportunity. Fortunately I keep very good records but I imagine most people would just give up.

They asked for copies of email correspondence with the owners of the holiday apartment we had booked, copies of bank statements, copies credit card statements, copies of paypal statements, declarations form the airline (you try getting an airline to declare anything!!) , declarations from the apartment owners. They questioned exchange rates between Euro and GBP payments. They even wanted to see my marriage certificate!

This has been the single most frustrating insurance company I have ever had the misfortune to have had to deal with. If I added up all the hours I have wasted dealing with Direct line trying to get them to even deal with our claim, it has actually cost me a lot of money. Even at basic minimum wage rates it wasn't worth submitting our £800 claim for the aggravation Direct line cause.
We will certainly not been renewing our building, contents or travel insurance with Direct Line and the quote we have recent requested for insurance on a second property we are buying is going straight into the bin.
This company appears to have a clear strategy to delay and frustrate any claim. Our claim was really quite simple so heaven help anyone who had a complicated large value claim. They couldn't have made the claims process more drawn out and frustrating if they had tried. My recommendation is avoid this company and spend your money wisely; elsewhere.

100% diefstel website. Ik heb bewijs naar paypal gestuurd van niet geleverd zending - Whatcare.net heeft fals dokumentatie naar Paypal gestuurd. Ik ben inmiddels $45 kwijt . Meerdere emails naar hun gestuurd zonder antwoord. Pas op voor het sturen van geld naar dit bedrijf!!! wees voorzichtig.

100% theft website . I sent evidence to paypal of non delivery Whatcare.net sent fake documentation to paypal. I've lost $45 . Several emails I sent are all ignored . Be careful before sending any money to this company!!! Be careful.

Booking and credit card fees! Beware.

More expensive than booking direct with a rail company. Trainline charges an online booking fee and a fee for payment by credit card (which I thought twas illegal)! I won't be using them for any ticket purchases. I'm also not convinced they are showing the cheapest options.

EDIT: following the reply from the trainline, now they have confirmed what I reported in my review I'm definitely not going to be using them again. The fees are hidden away in the small print and only appear at the end of the transaction leaving the buyer frustrated and angry with the online experience. With plenty of other options to buy your train tickets, this is the one I recommend avoiding unless you think the fees are worth it. As if train tickets aren't expensive enough already, to slap on a booking and credit card fee at the end of the checkout process is just insulting.

I've used Interparcel a few times

I've used Interparcel a few times. Once the parcel was lost and it necessitated an insurance claim which in fairness was handled reasonably painlessly , but the parcel was lost all the same. More recently I had a package on the way to Finland which sat in an international Hub for days. No amount of calls to interparcel asking why the package was sitting and not moving got an answer. There is nothing more infuriating than being repeatedly promised that your question will be investigated and someone will get back to you and then they don't. Interparcel customer service is none existent. In addition why should anyone pay to receive an SMS text message to confirm the delivery and then never get a text message. The Customer Relations Manager at Interparcel really should look for a different line of work as lieing to customers is the worst type of customer service imagineable!!

I tried to buy some Avon Skin so soft but .....

I tried to buy some Avon Skin so soft from Avon on line, I received an order acknowledgement on 12/11 and was told my order was being processed and their agent would contact me. On 17/11 I received an updated email saying my order had passed to a different agent who would contact me and on 22/11 the same again saying my order had been reassigned and another agent who would contact me. The next email from Avon on 27/11 was priceless " Unfortunately, were unable to fulfil your Shopping Bag. We have deleted your Shopping Bag as you have either cancelled your order or your Representative has been unable to contact you.
If you change your mind and would still like to order from Avon, please contact your Representative. Alternatively, you can shop online at Avonshop.co.uk

It seems that Avon don't want my money. It's not possible to order online from them. The icing on the cake is on the 2/12 I received an email asking me to review my purchase. I wrote what I felt was a fair and objective review of my shopping experience and received a reply from Avon saying " We really appreciate you taking the time to write a review on Skin So Soft Original Dry Oil Spray. Your opinion is very important to us and our other customers.Unfortunately your review did not meet our guidelines for posting on our site."

So to conclude, online shopping from Avon is a complete waste of time and the reviews they publish from their customer are only the positive ones. Buyers beware !

Expensive price, cheap quality. I thought Dyson was supposed to be a quality British product but it not, they're cheap plastic with dodgy electronics made in Malaysia. Very disappointed. Give me a miele any day for less money.
