Fortunately never need to make a claim.
Difficult to review an insurance company and the expensive policy when, very fortunately, we didn’t need to use it.
The booking / purchase process was easy, the documents quite straightforward, no problems with downloads.
One comment I would like to make, we have been regular clients of Fit 2 Trip for several years
We take quite complicated holidays and spend a reasonable amount of money with them.
Thank goodness we’ve never had to use their services, no claims made, but with all of the cut throat competition out there, all vying for new clients and their money, wouldn’t it be worth considering a Loyalty Bonus / Discount for each return booking ?
A form of “Thank you” to loyal returning clients and a big incentive to retain their loyalty.

Is this a scam?
I have paid and so far I had no received any details about the insurance aside of a number, and no documentation of it. I wonder if it was a scam. The webpage is very poor and even if it says after payment "here is your documentation" there is no document to download, and it doesn´t say that you are going to receive the documentation by email or not.... I´m still waiting...

Poor website user interface and very expensive
The website was very hit and miss. As it required certain fields to be completed it would not accept the input choices. Answers to questions were not accepted on the screen but when pressing 'continue' the answers then appeared on the next page. The user interface was very poor. All that aside, I used the same data entry for a variety of quotes from different travel insurers and Fit 2 Trip were double the mid prices I was getting from any other quotes. I wasted a lot of time inputting personal data and medical information only to have such an outrageously uncompetitive quote at the end. My advice is save your time and shop elsewhere.
EDIT: After reading the reply where Fit 2Trip claim to be the only online travel insurer in Spain to offer cover online screening for pre existing medical conditions I'd urge anyone looking to shop around even more because this claim is simply untrue. I have had at least 3 other online quotes with pre existing medical cover and they were all at least half the price of the Rate 2 Trip quote.
Also , I'm sorry but I'm not going to be getting in touch to help you sort out your website. That's your job, not mine.
