Don't waste your money or time

THIEVES!!!!! Rac customer service is disgusting. 2 hours and 30 minutes before anyone came to my vehicle, 1 hour 20 minutes on the phone after the first guy put the phone down on me, after that stating we cannot recover the vehicle as its too long and by the way even though I have given all correct information About my vehicle we are not refunding you either and not covering your vehicle. Had Gareth from customer complaints being abusive over the phoneas he kept interrupting me and when I asked him for his manager, he refused and said I'm closing this case. Absolutely disgusting service!!

GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH RAC.
