Poor service

Poor service. Don't know how you can run a busines by taking orders and never emailing updates to customers. Proper poor service. Last Monday got through to Web chat after 2 hours and was told my order has been picked and now awaiting for the couriers to collect. When they do that then I will receive a email. Its now Thuraday and no email no delivery date and no information. My order total is £1911.99 and the money has been taken very quickly but updates are non existent. CAN YOU PLEASE REPLY TO CUSTOMERS AND LET THEM KNOW WHEN YOU WILL BE DELIVERING. IF YOU CANT DELIVER THEN BE HONEST AND TELL CUSTOMERS AND I AM SURE THEY WILL UNDERSTAND.

Our delivery timescale has been extended and we have kept customers up to date via our website and social media channels. This is subject to change in the event of future Government actions being taken.

All customers will receive an email confirmation and then a shipment notification upon dispatch, this will include courier tracking. We will only contact you if there will be a further delay with your order.
