I changed my mind and wanted to return a shed i ordered as when it arrived, the instructions showed over 300 screws to assemble so I asked them for return details and they offered me a £20 refund to keep the shed so I accepted this offer but am yet to receive any sort of refund in any way shape or form

Budget Skips delivered a smaller skip than we paid for as they had no availability of the size we ordered and said they are sorry and would refund the difference
This did refund not happen and now suddenly they don't know anything about it

I don't even know where to start. Matthew is a diabolical communicator and has failed to provide us with important documents of our loan agreement, along with proof of a charge on a property in our favour, all of which he arranged and is dealing with. He replies few and far between days, even after many missed calls, text messages and emails we have sent. He has said on multiple occasions that 'he will release our funds back to us today', misleading us & constantly stringing us along, which in turn stopped us from taking legal action sooner on a loan agreement which has been breached & defaulted now for over 4 months. We now have had to go to another solicitor to chase our money because Matthew clearly can't get the job done or at least have the decency to keep us updated TRUTHFULLY as to what is going on, instead of just blatantly ignoring us, which as you can imagine, is possibly the most frustrating & unprofessional thing that can happen to anyone. We have also been in contact with another member of the firm, Georgina, who constantly assures us that it will be done, Matthew will do it, asks us for our bank details, telling us the money is sitting in the solicitors account, that all agreements have all been signed, yet here we still are with very lack luster communication, a bunch of misleading lies of when we will receive our funds & worst of all, still no funds.

If you have a subscription then you would be wise to cancel it. Sadly out 123-reg account got hacked and a fraufster has bought £30000 worth of domain names, highjacked our account and got OTP sent to them with no security checks or contact from 123-reg and trying to sort it all out and get our money back is so difficult. They have made life so stressful and seem not to care about it at all. We need this acted on and all they keep saying is to wait for them to get to our email and the fraud dept is not available on the phone, only by email which they have taken over a week to respond to and in the mean time, more funds are taken out of our account.

Don't waste your time and money with this so called company. Will do anything not to let the claim go through. Laughable joke of a sham company

Always good over at vapefiend as the team know their stuff and their selling great items. This is my 2nd tm2 as my first broke but it's worth it as the vaporizer is seriously good

This lot are just pure jokes. Took my Standard Poodle for a groom at Pets at Home Groom Room
He is a large 40KG dog and was a mess, his appointment ran over time
Next thing we get a fine for over staying a 3 hour limit. Even their photos show our large dogs head out of the window so we appealed it and they refused and we have to pay £100.
Never using one of their scummy car parks again

Alfie said he was new there but he sure knows his stuff. They managed to secure not 1 but 2 loans for our company and bent over backwards to give a professional service throughout. Very speedy service
