⚠️ DO NOT BOOK WITH YESESCAPADE ⚠️

⚠️ DO NOT BOOK WITH YESESCAPADE ⚠️

This “travel agency” is dishonest and refuses to take responsibility when things go wrong. I had to leave Finest Playa Mujeres after just ONE night because of how awful and unsafe it was:

I got sick from the food 🤢

Unsanitary and dirty conditions throughout the hotel

Broken amenities that were never fixed

NO lifeguard on duty at a family resort!

I signed paperwork at checkout explaining why I was leaving and even emailed YesEscapade directly during my stay (and I still have proof of those emails). Yet they lied and told my bank I never contacted them, which caused my chargeback to be denied.

YesEscapade kept my money for nights I never stayed, ignored my legitimate complaint, and tried to cover it up by saying I never reached out. That is NOT how a trustworthy travel company operates.
What should have been a dream vacation turned into a nightmare.
Please, save yourself the money, stress, and risk — do not book anything through YesEscapade.

I booked Fiesta Americana Resort…

I booked Fiesta Americana Resort through Yescapade. Although the reviews online were quite mixed I was sceptical to start with and felt like it was a gamble. The hotel couldn't find the yescapade website. But the whole experience was smooth. I checked my booking with the hotel and it was all sorted. They replied to my email within 2days and were really helpful and accommodating when I was looking to add additional person to the booking. I usually don't write a review but I think this would be helpful if you are in a situation of doubt. I will definitely consider booking with them in the future.

great prices and legit!

I used yescapade in 2023 for a group trip with 10 people! We were able to reserve our rooms with no down payments and paid 20 days before departure. I called the resort about a week after booking to confirm they had our reservation and they did! I’m a travel agent and can’t even find prices that good. I plan on using them again for next year’s group trip!

Excellent site!

I made a reservation through Yescapade for a 5-star hotel at a great price. Before arriving, I checked to see if my reservation was visible at the hotel. All was good.

Fierst time user

This is the first time I've used this site. I didn't know about Yescapade until recently. I decided to try it out for a hotel booking last May because the price was good compared to other sites. There were no unpleasant surprises once I got there, and everything went very smooth

Please avoid using this company!!!

Sure, here's a revised and extended version of your review:

Do not book through yescapade.com. While it might seem like a cheaper option initially, it ends up being more costly due to their exorbitant cancellation fees. They appear more interested in canceling your booking to collect these fees than in genuinely helping you with your stay.

I emailed the only contact option they provided, asking if it was possible to change my reservation dates. Instead of assistance, I received a response stating there was no availability and that they would cancel my reservation. Additionally, they sent a text message stating that if I didn't reply quickly, they would proceed with the cancellation.

I promptly replied, clarifying that I did not want to cancel but was seeking a solution as my travel dates had changed. I was looking for alternatives and solutions from them. Despite this, they responded that my reservation was canceled and informed me that I would need to make a new reservation if I wanted to change my dates.

In every email, they repeatedly mentioned they would keep 15% of my payment as a cancellation fee. At no point did I mention cancellation in my emails. I have a wedding to attend, and now, just five days before the event, I am without a reservation. The money they will supposedly reimburse (which I am not confident will actually happen, given their behavior) will take up to 12 days to return to my account.

Please avoid using this company; they are scammers. Their customer service is appalling, and they prioritize extracting fees over providing any meaningful assistance.

Suite at the Vdara Las Vegas

I booked a suite at the Vdara Las Vegas. The offered price from Yescapade was around 25% cheaper than the prices I found on other platforms. In the beginning I was a bit concerned, because Yescapade seems like a smaller business without too many reviews. However, at the end it worked out perfectly. The communication via Email was clear, the payment was easy and the Vdara had the booking in the system. I didnt need to show any voucher or documents besides my ID. I had a top notch suite with a perfect view. The Vdara is also absolutely recommendable. Only negative was the "resort fee" that is taken by basically all Las Vegas Hotels nowadays. Also they dont give any MGM Rewards Points because I booked thru a third party. But thats not the fault of Yescapade.

Overall, I had an absolutely recommandable experience with Yescapade.

Scam

Scam! After booking a hotel in Puerto Vallarta with them, my credit card was compromised, and I don't think for a second it was coincidental.
I am very diligent at monitoring my card online and was already hesitant to book with them but a friend encouraged me.
My bank did refund me, but it took a while and I was without almost $4000 on my credit card until that point. Needless to say I cancelled my reso with them after this happened and will not be using again.

Be aware of posts with no reviews but a number of hires

There are no safeguards in place to protect you as a customer from irresponsible and dodgy vehicle owners. Be aware of owners advertising one vehicle and then switching it to another (without updating the details on the app or in the hire contract). We ended up driving with no insurance which was the responsibility of the owner, and Yescapa refused to do anything about it. They even refused to allow us to leave a review on the post. I can only assume that all other hires of this vehicle owner had the same experience but were unable to leave a review.

FAKE ONE AND SUCK A

The customer service is sucks and they are slow at responding. Meanwhile, normally all agents can refund fully 24hours but this took so long to refund! I need FULL REFUND

Travelers be warned!

Yescapade has refused to give us any consideration. We (my wife and I) were unable to keep our hotel reservation due to an emergency, we held the medical power of attorney on a stroke victim. We watched our aunt pass away, it took six days. During that time, decisions needed to be made daily. The doctors at the Cleveland Clinic verified in writing our situation. Shame on Yescapade. Travelers be warned!

I purchased an all-inclusive hotel…

I purchased an all-inclusive hotel package in Mexico via Yescapade a few months ago. I was introduced to the company via Tripadvisor.ca, since multiple companies will list competitive pricing for the same product.
I took a leap of faith originally, as I had no familiarity with the company but the deal was too good to pass up. My confidence to proceed rested in the 14 day penalty free cancellation.
I waited about one week to have everything processed and then I reached out to both Yescapade and the hotel directly to confirm my booking. Everything checked out and the trip went off without a hitch. I would happily recommened them to others!

Legit company with wonderful prices and service

Back in February I was looking to book 7 rooms for 5 nights at a Cancun resort. Most of the USA websites had similar prices. I the. Found Yescapade.com and their prices were much better. I saved $2500 booking through them. But it made me nervous because I did not know if they were legit or not. After making the reservation I called the resort in Cancun directly to get confirmation that the 7 rooms really were reserved. And they were! We got back from the vacation last night. It was fabulous and thanks to Yescapade we save a lot of money! At the resort there were a lot of people from other countries and it turns out the USA travel agencies charge a lot more than those in other countries. I tried to do some research and I think Yescapade is a French company, explaining why they charged less. I also reached out to them when I had some questions and got responses pretty quickly. They are legit and I will definitely use them again.
