Poor service

Poor service. Ordered caravan item on Ebay with two day delivery. It actually arrived a week later but it was the wrong model item that they had sent. Requested to return for full refund. Advised they had sent a return label but I couldn’t upload it so was told to contact Ebay as it was their problem. Ebay checked and said that they hadnt even sent the postage label.
Contacted them again and they then issued a Evri label so I returned the package with tracking. A week later still no confirmation or refund issued so I had to raise a case with Ebay who then issued my full refund.
There communication is very poor and we don’t care attitude.

Terrible customer service

Talktalk offered me a free upgrade to future full fibre. Engineer booked for 14th September but never turned up. Informed Talktalk this and then they said would book another date. On the 28th September my internet was disconnected without any notice. After hours of on line chats, messenger, tweets, and phone calls no reason as to why and many lies from different departments as to what has happened. I know what has happened, you have assumed the upgrade went ahead and disconnected my fibre 65. I was then told I would need to agree to a new contract to get it switched back on which I did on the 3rd October, to date still no internet. I have now cancelled my direct debit and service and have arranged installation with another provider. I was with Talktalk for 16 years but they have no customer service skills and do not treat their loyal customers with any respect. You just get passed from pillar to post being told an abundance of lies.

Poor sizing

Lovely dresses but the sizing is horrendous especially if you are big breasted. I am a size 10 but far too small so ordered a size 12 and still wouldn’t close across the chest. I am a 34E so didn’t think it would be a problem. Such a shame as I really liked the dress and as I am petite the length was perfect. Both returned and refunded with no problem. Won’t be ordering again ☹️

Very happy with the item we purchased

Very happy with the item we purchased. Good quality, Delivered on my chosen day and Rhyan and Jamie were very friendly and helpful when they delivered our blanket box. They carried it to the room of our choice and even advised the best way to get it out of the box safely.
