Second time I have ordered stuff from preppers, Second time the order had taken over 10 days to arrive. They charge at checkout for delivery and say 3 to 4 days. If you phone up they always say they are 'busy' and 'we are not Amazon'. 3 to 4 days is ok, 10 or more is Not good enough. Try harder. Won't be going back a 3rd time!

Ordered and paid for a fuel pump showing in stock, paid extra for fast delivery. Recieved notice of posting around 25 hrs after ordering followed within a couple of hours by an email saying they had refunded me because it wasn't in stock. How can they take money for an item not in stock. How does it take more than 24hrs to realise its not in stock when it was supposed to be a quickly shipping item? Unprofessional

I purchased an Armani dressing gown which turned out to be smaller than expected once opened. It was difficult to contact The Hut and took around 7 or 7 attempts with multiple emails returned undelivered. Eventually someone from The Hut got in touch and told me they couldn't exchange the item for a larger size and suggested a refund. I followed the link The Hut sent me and they tried to charge me for postage, I refused and they sent me a code to send it for free. I received confirmation The Hut had received the return yet it still took them over a week to refund me, The Hut only partially refunded me with no explanation, so they kept some of my money. Buyer beware, un professional company!!
