Very disappointed

Very disappointed. The courier claims they left my item “next to my bin” but when I got home, it wasn’t there. I contacted the seller and was basically told it’s not their problem and that I should sort it out myself. Really poor experience all round. I paid for the item and expected it to actually arrive, not to be left (or lost) somewhere outside my house.

On this occasion, I’ll accept the loss it was only a poxy £10 item but I won’t be using this vendor again.
