I Purchased this product after much…Research should of Stayed with Karcher

I Purchased this product after much Research and Went for this over a Karcher thinking this was a lot Stronger for the Jobs it required to do Norse SK135 I had received in good time and then tried out first time Great and then hadn’t used for a while and went to use and had No Pressure you would turn on and no Motor noise I contacted Amazon then Union Mart and expecting a good response was a while before they came back to me and their suggestion was to drop from a few inches to possibly free up the motor this was tried and didn’t fix the problems I then Replied back and Never heard from again I did try and call and got through to someone I think on their lunch break they just talked to me made the noise of being cut off and cut off I called back no answer I emailed again no answer then when they finally came back to me told the product was out of Warranty £179.99 Boat Anchor
Do not buy these Products from these People they will Willingly take your Money but back office support non existent

Portal Does not Work unable to update policy in time

Have been trying to update Daughters Insurance cover as they required more £ Money due to a clerical issue so told i was not allowed to pay for this without the daughters permission so told to do this transaction online on the Portal. Should be called Pointless as does not work They advertise you can change /pay/update via the portal You Cant does not Work So got daughter to call back from 5pm today until 6pm No answer on hold for 1 hour Still trying to update before midnight deadline Useless unhelpful

I chose this company as they had great…

I chose this company as they had great reviews and I was not disappointed I went for the Onyx shade of Tint as my car is already black and turned my MPV into a Car/Van which is the perfect look and the work is outstanding I would recommend and the price is also excellent if your looking for tints can’t go wrong here thanks again amazed.

Grass has not be Greener

How the hell has my services been suspended when I have been overcharged £50 a month since October I came to virgin from 18 years with SKY to £79 a month and was told would increase to £89 a month after contract ended know where in my documentation does it say it would increase to £136.50 and when the Salesman was doing his patter when I decided to move from Sky and BT to Virgin did he mention after my initial contract this price would jump from £79 to £136.50 he Told me and the Lady Confirmed online that was the case but when I ring the Unhelpful Line they try and fob me off with Oh look at your contract I am it’s states £89 and Told “Oh That’s the Old Rate” that as maybe but the only information I have so honour it. As I haven’t paid their Overcharging they have Suspended my Broadband now very useful I just wanted an apology and a proper Bill. I am thinking of moving to SKY now. As Total disgust with the Lack of Professionalism from This Unhelpful Company.
