I went with this company as it was recommended by a relative. I have to say that from the ordering process through to after sales service, it was a painless procedure and decent. Website provides info on obtaining variations of equipment, doors etc and how to measure the type of opening your garage has.
Really pleased with the electronic roller door itself which was
55 slat in Anthracite, remote fobs, external manual override and infrared safety door sensors.
We fitted it ourselves with no issues as measurements were accurate. It came with fitting / wiring instructions which were easy to follow.
Unfortunately an incorrect item was initially sent but quickly resolved though their support team. I did also request additional instructions for the door sensors and again resolved within 48hrs. So the support you get is spot on.
The door has made a massive difference to accessing my garage especially when a car is parked in front of it. I've had no issues so far and it all works as it should.
For my standard door opening, the cost in total was very reasonable for what I ordered...it was less than £1k.

Sportsbikeshop was selling the Oxford Solariser charger at the lowest rate available on the Internet even though they are happy to price match. Having shopped online with this store before I was happy to buy from them again.
Simple few clicks and sale with an few days estimated delivery time.
Item received on time and in good order. Once fitted, the product worked in producing a charge direct to my bike battery.
What stood out for me is the good communication updates via email as to progress of dispatch & delivery.
Not to say that it will always be like this as it depends on whether they have it in stock at the time but hopefully they maintain an update on its progress.

Ordering online was an easy process including the engraving that was required. Although limited to a certain number of letters/characters, it's understandable considering the size of the pieces.
The package arrived within predicted timescale considering the prospective delays expected. Inside was a box containing the item plus a separate Pandora bag for it to be presented to the person.
I am very pleased with the purchase & service provided and would recommend.
