I've been with Devitt Insurance for just over a year now. I had an automated renewal for my motorbike and was very pleased to see that the premium hadn't increased noticeably. I've recently decided to upgrade my motorbike and went straight back to Devitt. They provided a quote and managed the policy to suit my requirements. I had to call back and adjust a couple of minor details. The customer advisor couldn't have been more helpful. A first class service from Devitt!

Poor customer service. I've spent most of the day waiting for a call back from Ross Ware. His colleagues Zara, Sam and Dan were unable to deal with the booking problem, which sounds bizarre! Our party of 4 contacted Princess Cruises when we realised our booking had dropped over £200/person within days of booking. Offered an on board credit, but declined. Doesn't customer service mean anything to Princess Cruises? My next phone call will be cancelling the cruise! 7 May 25 updated. I called Princess Customer Services (April Morrell) to cancel the cruise. Over 30 minutes of unbelievably poor service, I was offered 13p refund on one of the £155 deposits. Apparently, my wife needs to cancel the other booking for an additional 13p. I've explained my reasons for cancelling within 14 days of our online booking and it would appear that Princess Cruises are above Consumer Rights and British law. Please read other reviews before booking with this company. I'm absolutely livid!
Unfortunately, our group of 3 (individual vehicles) were unable to travel on our pre-booked journey. The postponement was due to one of the group members being knocked off his motorbike, and suffering significant injuries. I reached out to LeShuttle to explain our situation, and I received a prompt reply: use it, or lose it! It would appear that LeShuttle have zero interest in providing a customer focused service. Shame on you!

I have recently replaced my Evolution Table Saw with a newer, upgraded version. I did lots of online research before purchasing the new saw, but soon realised that the new Evolution saw was the only option, based on price, specifications and reputation.
The saw arrived yesterday, and it is simply brilliant. I went for the R255TBL+ which has many improved features over my older saw. I had to contact customer service due to an issue that occurred in transit, and the 2 staff I dealt with were exemplary. Both professional, but also understanding.
I have several Evolution tools in my workshop. All have provided excellent service. They have been faultless, and I will continue to buy them, and recommend the range to friends.

I've been thinking about replacing my 50 year old 'up and over' garage door since I moved into the property 3 yrs ago. I'd done loads of research, but came across a YouTube channel 'DIY Guy' and recognised Cameron. He was fitting a TWF roller door and highly rated the quality of the product and ease of fitting. I'd never considered diy installation until I watched Cameron's video. Anyway, I measured up my garage and followed the simple online ordering. Hey presto, my new anthracite grey roller door arrived 4 weeks later. Once the old door had been removed, the new door took about 2hrs to fit. I added an infrared safety closure system in an additional hour. Overall, the door was fitted and fully operational within 4hrs. I'm delighted with the quality of the product, customer service that I have been offered, and ease of installation. 5 stars to TWF. Did I mention the 5yr warranty?
Absolutely shameful. I've just had £18 fraudulently removed from my account. I've tried to cancel the payment and remove the amount account, but I have to provide information about the service that I'm cancelling...what service? No membership email or anything. A complete scam! I'm disgusted that activity like this goes without punishment.

First class professional and efficient service. Having decided to retrain as a LGV driver I was initially overwhelmed by the application process. The first step was to apply for a provisional licence and I needed a medical and eye test for this. I was going to my GP, but was advised to give D4Drivers a call. I used the online booking system and within 2 days of making the appointment I've had my medical and sent off the forms for my licence. The Dr was local, reassuring and very knowledge about medicals concerning professional driving. The whole process was fast, efficient and very reasonably priced.
Carscheck which becomes Carcheck when you click on the link. I was hoping to gain some information to help my son sell his car. The site boasts a 5 star Trustpilot rating, but as you can see above that's not the case.
I wasted £1 and gained sketchy and misleading information that I could've obtained from reading tea leaves from a cup! Absolutely livid that companies can get away with scamming people like this.
My new favourite store... I've been tempted by the Raspberry Pi for a number of weeks as an alternative to a laptop or desktop computer. The Raspberry will only be used to send code from a USB stick to my CNC Router.
Unfortunately, the Raspberry PI appeared to be rarer than hen's teeth. Prices for pre-used items (without the extras that come with the starter kit) have been reaching £100 + postage. Enter Pimoroni... not only did they have UK stock of the 4gb model, but it was fairly priced and despatched with the convenience of 24hr Royal Mail service.
I purchased a keyboard and mouse to support the Raspberry and made an error by creating 2 orders rather than 1, thus attracting double the postage. I sent an out of hours email and the matter was resolved before 10am the following day.
To say that I'm impressed with Pimoroni is an understatement. They have a fantastic selection of products, great prices and customer service second to none.
First class service every time. I'm very impressed with APC, having used them a couple of times over recent weeks. Great tracking/delivery updates and polite and professional staff. Thank you!

I purchased an 8 x 6 Adley shed in the overlap finish. The shed was delivered a week earlier than expected and came with full instructions.
As I had already prepared a solid base (heavy duty paving slabs), I set about treating the shed with wood preserver before starting the build. I found all parts of the shed to be well-made and simple to assemble.
During the build, I noticed that I was missing a hinge for one of the doors. Fortunately, I had a spare in my garage that I was able to substitute until I was able to flag up the issue (The replacement hinge was sent within 24hrs of it being reported missing).
I'm very pleased with the shed, price and customer service. I'm hoping once I give it a couple of coats of shed paint, then it'll give me year's of use.

I recently had the occasion to send a personal message and apology to a member of Nature's Menu staff. I was somewhat shocked for another member of Nature's Menu staff to send a screenshot of my message to my wife. Not only is this practice illegal, I consider it to be rather childish for 2 members of staff who work in a customer focused environment to share such information with the intention to cause distress, harm or embarrassment. The purpose of my one star review is to highlight that staff working in a multinational company should know better! Response to your reply: I didn't mention that I had an account with Nature's Menu, but I have only had contact with 'both' members of staff via your customer service department at Watton and now Snetterton. If you need credibility to my review I can offer some inside information about foreign object debris on the production line. As I mentioned, the purpose of my review wasn't to take further action; it was to highlight office gossip from staff who I have personally had dealings with within your organisation.
