I thought for a week yes a whole week…

I thought for a week yes a whole week everything was up and running again. for the last two days it’s reverted back to the absolute crap it’s been for the last two years nearly it’s totally unreliable I cannot for the life of me understand how this company can’t resolve the problems 99% of people seem to be experiencing. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THESE SPEAKERS YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT.

This review might just sum up how bad…

This review might just sum up how bad the Sonos system really is. I offered a play 5 & three play 1s (all gen2) to my nephew free of charge he politely declined & said I’ve read the reviews & no point in having something that doesn’t work. Market now flooded with Sonos that you can’t even give away. I’ve just purchased two Apple speakers & what an absolute delight to plug and play instantly. Please please don’t waste your hard earned money on SONOS.

What a nightmare

What a nightmare. System connects randomly & drops out as quickly as it connects if you are lucky enough to get it going. This is hi tech from the dark ages it’s not fit for purpose. Christmas Day of all days would loved to have used the system around the house but totally impossible. I really can’t emphasise how crap it is PLEASE PEOPLE DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT IT REALLY IS AS UNRELIABLE AS THE REVIEWS STATE. BUY ANYTHING BUT SONOS. Set up my old Bose system today and what a pleasure to use.

So far so good.

Had a good 12 month deal for electricity, knowing that the rate is fixed is great my only slight criticism at the moment is not having full control over my direct debit even if I’m in credit. I can increase without any problems but had to call them to have it decreased, however all got sorted very efficiently so still a happy customer.

PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THIS SYSTEM.

PLEASE DO NOT INVEST IN THIS PRODUCT, ITS COMPLETELY UNUSABLE THIS OUTFIT WILL KEEP ON TAKING MONEY FOR A PRODUCT THAT IS TOTALLY UNFIT FOR PURPOSE. THERE IS NOTHING BEING DONE BY SONOS TO RECTIFY THESE MASSIVE ISSUES THAT HAVE DEVELOPED IN RECENT YEARS. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS & SPEND YOUR MONEY ON SOMETHING THAT WORKS. I cannot for the life of me understand…

I cannot for the life of me understand how a company can produce a great sounding product but have a complete & utter disregard for the people trying to get the system to work. It’s a complete failure you only have to look at ALL the reviews to see how bad this system is. Please please do not purchase any of the Sonos products buy Bose or anything else but stay well away from Sonos unless you like throwing money away. Totally unacceptable and useless.

I wouldn’t give it any stars if that was possible. The latest app is even more useless than the previous one oh & trying to get the system to work is absolutely horrendous. For something so expensive it’s utter crap. Please please do not waste your money on these speakers you will be hugely disappointed & to top it all Sonos appear not to give a flying FKUC seriously do not purchase anything from Sonos.

Watson customer service contacted me…

Watson customer service contacted me after my last review to investigate a very bad experience regarding two previous deliveries (one to my neighbours tank should have gone in mine & one that didn’t arrive at all) anyway after a long detailed conversation the lady said she would follow this up (again) & come back to me with some solution but yet again no contact in the last four weeks. My experience is they are great at talking but never any action or resolution, seems they out the phone down & don’t bother again. Will probably order from a more reliable company that take their customers seriously.

I’m a bit reserved about this delivery although it did arrive on time the previous two deliveries had been a complete disaster with the first going to my neighbours tank & the second just didn’t arrive at even though I had £700 in the account so let’s see what the next one will bring before can do a true review.

Absolutely awful app

Absolutely awful app. Speakers sound great if & when you can get them to connect which is every time you want to use it. Even after continuous updates & constantly trying to get them to connect to the Wi-Fi it only lasts for a short time before disconnecting. Would not purchase again much better systems out there for less money. Sonos must be losing customers & obviously not bothered about it as nothing is being done to sort this horrendous issue out.

Couldn’t complete online insurance due…

Couldn’t complete online insurance due to the system not allowing me to get past the driving license information required (no options) therefore had to call Admiral to get over this hurdle. After finally getting through to an agent based in Canada ! I finally got sorted but a real lengthy process full of options to purchase multiple ad ons to the policy none of which I wanted. Glad it’s all set up & done very friendly lady but far too long to process. Hope I never have to make a claim.
