Excellent driver pickup at the time given. Great comfortable coach. Lots of comfort break stops. Given lots of information on the way. Fabulous hotel and staff. Food was good, but could have been better. Room we had was amazing with Fabulous views. Trips were good. Could have done without the train trip and Mallaig stop, but the others were great. Evening entertainment was a little late at after 10.30pm cut off, when you have early starts. Good trip back and comfort breaks.

It didn't take long to get into the site and was straight forward in selecting and paying for the tickets. Took less than 15 mins altogether.

The service engineer found the problem with my boiler losing pressure every couple of days. Advised me what to do to arrange the repair. He liased with the engineer who fixed it so he knew what he was looking for when he arrived. Both Engineers were 10/10. The phoning of the contact centre to arrange excess payment and booking the new appointment wasn't so easy. I had to speak to several people and got cut off twice and the final lady had to ring me back twice, as the payment system wasn't working. Call centre I would give 6/10.

Felt the trainer provided a safe and encouraging course. We were all worried about being covid secure,and he made us feel comfortable. His passion and knowledge of 1st aid, came across, and I built on the knowledge I already had.

I don't know how i have missed out on induction hobs before. This has been a revelation. I had been put off buying one by people saying I would need to replace all my pans. After 30years owning them, this was a good excuse to buy new anyway. The first time I used the hob for rice using cold water, I was amazed at the speed of the boil point in the pan. It seems strange not seeing the ring turn red, and to feel the heat, you just see the bubbles of boiling water. The instant speedy reaction of the controls from high boosted heat, straight to immediate simmering, was also pleasing. As was the timer on the ring which was so easy to use. The rings are different sizes to accommodate different pan sizes which give better cooking results. The hob is really easy to keep clean, I use a microfiber cloth which clears any spills. It looks good in my kitchen against black granite too. Due to the speed of the heat directly into the pan, rather than waiting for the pan to heat, then waiting for the pan to heat the food, I have spent less time at the hob which ultimately must save my electricity bills too. Which is a bonus. Highly recommended.

From the design service, with LOTS of patience for the changes I asked for, to the counter staff and warehouse staff, the whole experience of using Howdens was, well, easy! My fitter who has over 35 years fitting experience rated Howdens in Scarborough very highly. I had done a lot of research into lots of companies, and looking at reviews online. Some of the problems from other companies were that if something was missing/wrong etc, would be that the wait for a replacement, and getting through on the phone, was a nightmare. Nothing of the sort with Howdens. I was missing a few bits which were promptly ordered and arrived a couple of days later. In fact one member of staff asked his wife to pick up a door from another Howdens 70 miles away. The kitchen I chose, I love. i still cannot believe when I walk in the kitchen, that I am in my house! The shelf lighting on the glass shelves is a must for all kitchen owners. The modern shiny Burford gloss cream shaker units give a mix of traditional and modern in our 30's bungalow. The curves on the doors give a sweep and flow into the kitchen from the back door and the lounge. The amazing solid oak breakfast bar with the Howdens worktop oil is a triumph. Finally, the brushed chrome handles blend into the doors and drawers effortlessly. Love it all. Thank you Howdens.

Arrived from the seller really quickly. They phoned as they were near, and everything was well packaged and really good quality. Would use the company again.

The wet room shower tray was chosen by my very experienced bathroom fiiter and he thought the product and price, alongside the very quick delivery were excellent.
