WIFI Outages galore!
WIFI Outages - very frequently for hours on end and sometimes intermittent for a few minutes. It is NOT a good service at all and certainly not the cheapest either where one can expect bad coverage. I am moving because its really frustrating.

The most awful internet I have ever had, very expensive and totally useless support desk. They are mixing old and new requests and they never answer directly my questions. I have to repeat them again and again.

The most expensive and WORST internet provider in Belgium. Constant maintenance - no notice given ahead of time - so it's impossible to work from home because of random service interruptions lasting up to an hour. Support staff is about as useful as a hammer made of shit. Horrible internet speeds and constantly trying to upsell you services. Cash grabbing crooks and cheats. Go to hell Telenet, I'm switching to Vikings

I have mobile data to use whenever i am away from home. We buy the most expensive type of wifi. Sadly i have to put my mobile date more to use at home than elsewhere

You are an internet provider, I have no need to know the sexual preference of the people working at my internet provider service.
Been a customer since I was a kid. 10 years or more a customer without a doubt. Spam ads of unwanted nature and I officially stopped my subscription.
714€ +35€ bills, when I've already wasn't even client.
I don't have really words to describe my experience. It worse that I see as a service in my live( I'm 37).
So, When i bought a plan in Telenet office, the agent promised me that I should not worry to use internet over my plan, because it will be stopped automatically (datalimit). It was a lie, like I have known later. That lie cost me 714€. After few months I received a bill for... 714€ !!! Because I used internet over my plan. I didn't know that I don't have datalimit. I had almost heard attack, I was in shock, because my monthly income +-1300€ + 250 kindergeld. I called 100 timee, I opened 100 cases, Telenet support told me that EVERYONE have a right for once cancelation of high bill. But after 1 months waiting, they refused. They just took 714€ from my account, but I actually called before and I asked to block domiciliëring payment. But, they didn't do it like they promised.
So, half of my monthly inkom was gone, I paid 720€ for rent my apartment, and I left with 0 money for whole month, alone with my child. Nice...
What then? I of course stopped with Telenet 1 day before my plan was paid, so normally I don't have to pay them anything else. And what do you think I found in my bills in Telenet app????

For the month that lm already with another provider ( Yoin). And I had actually plan 16€\ month, but they charge me with 35€€€ . 714€ was not enough for them they need more, even when I stopped!!!
So, thank you so much Telenet, for the greatest experience in my life.
And people, think 100 times, before you choose Telenet, no anyone is responsible there for their own words and mistakes of personal support, only clientswill have to pay for their trust to Telenet. I paid a lot for my stupid decision to change yo Telenet. Actually my friends wasn't surprised when i told that story, most of them had awful problems with Telenet and a lot of bills when they tried to stop working with that service. Unfortunately here is no possibility yo add here a screenshot of my App with all that bills 714€, 35€ . I would like to share it with people.
Roaming 3.3MB => 56.7euro !!
After a trip in the UK and having taken the DFDS ferry boat back to Belgium it was discovered that telenet had charged my mom a whopping 56euro for 3.3MB mobile data while on the boat ! I did later find a text that it costs 17euro per MB on her phone . I get it's expensive and we accidentally forgot to use flightmode... on a boat for Christ sakes . Who knows to do that?! The boat apparantly had a maritime base station. But 17euro per megabyte. Why not 1000euro ? I checked my phone for a message like that, being on proximus, 25euroCent/MB..no words for this scam.
I couldn't call them today , because of technical difficulties. Site frequently experiencing technical difficulties making it hard to get all the proof I need to form an official complaint.
If you like to call 5 times a day to solve your mistake, the best choice is the company
It would be easier to describe what they do well, because I haven't experienced anything like that. I reported that the company working on the street cut our internet cable while digging, there is no service. After 16 days, it still doesn't work, and I spend at least 1 hour every day at the customer service. Since the pest had buried the pit in the meantime, he dug the Tele again with me. I protested, but I had no choice. Now they explain how far I have to stretch the cable, protect it, etc. To this day, they have not come back to solve it. Avoid them!! At my neighbour, the opposite side of the street this last for the Proximus 2 hours :)

Promo de fetes - I am waiting since more than 2 months to get it sorted and nothing. You arrive with their number 015666666 in Morocco where the people one out of 2 hang up on you or talk to you with so much noise around. Every week I have been calling /writing and the answer is always we have escalated and we will call you back and no one ever calls you back!!! Now again I got hang up on / and again called back and someone said they will call me back and nothing ! I called the shop and they gave me another number 080066049 and to ask for retention service and again I arrive in same call center in Morocco and same story!!! This is a ridiculous customer service system and an offer that should have been given but just no one to solve your issue !!!! Why do I have to chase so much for something I have simply the right for !!!! Technical problem is not my issue - I just need my offer to be given and not chased and have no one able to give me my promotion. Now I have a guy telling me that it is lost and it is my problem??????? What the hell is that???? Of course the Promo wont be available if you cannot solve my technical issue after 3 months and tell me to wait and never call back to solve it and tell me dont worry because it will be given to you and then tell me in fact no and it is my fault for not ordering on time when I cannot because it is not available????Do not have a promo des fetes if you cannot handle it and lie to your customer this promo effectively exists. I will make sure to escalate to Protection of European Consumers

4G/5G coverage very bad. So often I don’t have internet connection even in the center of Bruxelles. In remote areas it’s even worse.
Horrible experience
Most horrible experience. Been client for over 15years now. Lately need to do some work on my outdoor wall so the cable needs to be cut off until the work is finished. It has been 2months since i finished the renovations and the cable is still hanging loose outside!! They either sent the wrong technician or they never show up!! In the customer service center no one is aware, only juniors or students at work to reduce costs. Congrats in the massive drop in sales and revenue last quarters. Hope you go bankrupt!

Disgusting people and company. They are thieves and frustrating to be dealing with. Never I have experienced such a bad customer service and service overall.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. both of their services base and telenet have been absolute scams. They have no service, take money at every turn and refuse to enagage. They assured that certain monies are deposits then keep them. I honestly cannot express how much you should avoid this company. I ended up taking out an orange sim card with additional internet to use instead of their WIFI because it was so horrendous. Customer service= zero. They also lie regularly.

No services, no customer support, fraud with my complaints, no contact, promises to fix, insulting me, refusing to let me use certain devices at home and stealing and manipulating personal information.

Worst customer service i ever had for more than 5 years , i'm a client with telenet for more than 5 years due to their high speed internet , nothing else holds me with them but if you ever have issues forget about getting any kind of support , they are going to transfer you for 1 hour for a 5 minutes inquiry.
I canceled one of my phone numbers 5 months ago and to this day i'm still being billed for it , went thru 2 different agents one in November and one in February that both said they canceled it and i'm still being billed for that even though i am not using that for a year now , no phone , no live chat , no e-mail support and WhatsApp support will answer your questions 24-48h after your inquiry it's like they're providing you free services not like i pay 140 euros per month to them.
Website was down a month ago for better than a week i could not access client area with no heads up or apologies.
