Horrible experience

Most horrible experience. Been client for over 15years now. Lately need to do some work on my outdoor wall so the cable needs to be cut off until the work is finished. It has been 2months since i finished the renovations and the cable is still hanging loose outside!! They either sent the wrong technician or they never show up!! In the customer service center no one is aware, only juniors or students at work to reduce costs. Congrats in the massive drop in sales and revenue last quarters. Hope you go bankrupt!

Worst experience of my life

Worst experience of my life! Updated all my documents since 3th January, still no feedback. Already mailed like 10 times to revert and no one who comes back to me!!
What a scam company with zero service!!!
